Abstract
Penelitan Evaluasi Program Jenjang Karir Profesional Perawat bertujuan untuk mengetahui, mengobservasi, menganalisis dan pembaharuan yang meliputi: evaluasi terhadap tujuan program jenjang karir profesional perawat, evaluasi terhadap kesiapan sumber daya dalam program jenjang karir profesional keperawatan, evaluasi terhadap proses pelaksanaan program jenjang karir profesional keperawatan, dan evaluasi terhadap apa saja capaian hasil dalam penyelenggaraan program jenjang karir profesional keperawatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP Stufflebeam yang terdiri dari empat komponen, yaitu evaluasi konteks, input, proses dan produk. Hasil penelitian dengan melibatkan 14 orang informan menunjukkan bahwa Evaluasi konteks meliputi tersedianya pedoman, system dan persamaan persepsi jenjang karir profesional perawat Hasil evaluasi input adalah sumber daya yang digunakan meliputi direktur dan wadir keperawatan, komite keperawatan, assesor dan perawat. Untuk hasil evaluasi proses meliputi proses rekruitmen/mapping, orientasi (intership), assesmen kompetensi, kredensial / rekredrensial, penugasan klinik dan evaluasi produk adalah ketercapain perawat dalam program jenjang karir sejumlah 122 perawat di tahun 2016 dan 104 perawat di tahun 2019, kinerja perawat menunjukan peningkatan kinerja sebesar 24 % dan kepuasan pasien juga menunjukan kenaikan persentasi dari tahun ketahun. Rekomendasi peneliti sebagai hasil dari evaluasi program adalah model pengembangan jenjang karir professional perawat dengan mempertimbangkan perbandingan jumlah asesor dan asesi, metode terkini kredensial dan rekredensial yang menitik beratkan dimensi rekam jejak dan pemanfaatan tekhnologi informasi dalam pengukuran kinerja sebagai faktor penting dalam keberhasilan program jenjang karir professional perawat khususnya di rumah sakit swasta/bumn. This research uses descriptive qualitative by using the CIPP Stufflebeam evaluation model which consists of four components, namely evaluation of context, input, process and product. The results of the study involving 14 informants showed that the context evaluation included the availability of guidelines, systems and similarities in perceptions of a nurse's professional career path. The results of the input evaluation were the resources used including the director and nursing staff, nursing committee, assessors and nurses.
