Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah untuk menghasilkan produk model pembelajaran kontekstual tolak peluru untuk kelas x sekolah mengah atas. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini dilakukan untuk dapat memperoleh informasi tentang pengembangan dan penerapan model pembelajaran tolak peluru untuk kelas x sekolah menengah atas, serta untuk mengetahui efektivitas model yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research & Development (R&D) dari Borg and Gall. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Sekolah Menengah Atas. Tahapan-tahapan dalam penelitian ini adalah : analisis kebutuhan, evaluasi ahli (evaluasi produk awal), ujicoba kelompok kecil, dan ujicoba kelompok besar (field testing). Uji efektivitas model menggunakan tes keterampilan yang digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan siswa sebelum dan sesudah pemberian perlakuan model pembelajaran tolak peluru yang dikembangkan. Tes awal yang dilakukan diperoleh tingkat kemampuan siswa adalah 8.4. Setelah diberikan perlakuan model pembalajaran tolak peluru didapatkan tingkat kemampuan 10.08. Pada uji signifikan perbedaan dengan spss 16 didapatkan mean= -1.6.38 menunjukan selisih dari hasil pre-test dan hasil post-test, hasil t-hitung= -14.027 df=59 dan p-value= 0.00 < 0.05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan model pembelajaran kontekstual tolak peluru. Dengan demikian model pembelajaran kontekstual efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan tolak peluru bagi siswa kelas x sekolah menengah atas.**********The aim to be achieved from this research and development is to produce a shotshot contextual learning model product for class x senior high schools. This research and development was carried out to be able to obtain information about the development and application of the shotgun learning model for class x high schools, as well as to determine the effectiveness of the resulting model. This study uses the Research & Development (R&D) method from Borg and Gall. The subjects in this study were students of class X Senior High School. The stages in this research are: needs analysis, expert evaluation (initial product evaluation), small group testing, and large group testing (field testing). The effectiveness test of the model uses a skill test which is used to determine the level of ability of students before and after the treatment of the developed learning model of shot put. The initial test conducted showed that the student's ability level was 8.4. After being given the shot put learning model treatment, the ability level is 10.08. In the significant difference test with SPSs 16, it was found that the mean = -1.6.38 showed the difference between the pre-test and post-test results, the result of t-count = -14.027 df = 59 and p-value = 0.00 <0.05, which means that there is a significant difference. significant between before and after being given a shot put contextual learning model treatment. Thus the contextual learning model is effective for improving shot put skills for class x high school students.
