Abstract

This research is made to determine 1) the effect of POS on organizational commitment, 2) the effect of reward on organizational commitment, and 3) the effect of POS on reward. The research methodology that has been used was survey method. In this study, 125 headmasters of private primary school have been used as a sample by using simple random sampling techniques. This research was conducted in East Jakarta. Based on the description of hypothesis test, the research findings can be outlined as followed: (1) there is a direct positive effect of POS on organizational commitment. (2) there is a direct positive effect of reward on organizational commitment. (3) there is a direct positive effect of POS on reward.
