Nurses must perform harder in the face of the COVID-19 epidemic, according to rigorous health-care protocols. Nurses also confront difficulties due to the danger of contracting the virus, tiredness, and psychological and social pressure. As a result, every nurse's excellent performance is a critical necessity for hospitals in the process of delivering health services, particularly in this pandemic period. The purpose of this research is to examine the role of Job Satisfaction, Psychological Empowerment, and Organizational Commitment in the construction of the effect of Quality of Work Life on Job Performance in nurses working in Type B Hospitals in Jakarta. Structural Equation Modeling using AMOS was used to evaluate data on 400 nurses dispersed across 36 type B hospitals in Jakarta. According to the findings, Job Satisfaction and Psychological Empowerment partially mediate the influence of Organizational Commitment on Quality of Work Life. Furthermore, Psychological Empowerment and Organizational Commitment were shown to totally mediate the impact of Quality of Work Life. The existence of layered mediation, with Job Satisfaction and Psychological Empowerment at the first level and Organizational Commitment mediation at the second level, which relates Quality of Work Life to Nurse Job Performance, is what makes this study unique.
