Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efektivitas manajemen, kepemimpinan transformasional, penempatan, dan team work terhadap organizational citizenship behavior Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Aceh. Teori dalam penelitian ini adalah teori manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM), khususnya tentang Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) yang berkaitan dengan efektivitas manajemen, kepemimpinan transformasional, penempatan, dan team work. Kebaruan (novelty) penelitian ini yaitu belum ditemukan penelitian sebelumnya yang membahas: (1) efektivitas manajemen, kepemimpinan transformasional, penempatan pegawai, dan team work terhadap organizational citizenship behavior Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) pada Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Aceh, baik secara metode maupun aplikasi, (2) hasil penelitian yang menunjukan bahwa penempatan dan teamwork berpengaruh langsung signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, sedangkan (3) efektivitas manajemen dan kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh langsung signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh PNS pada Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Aceh yang berjumlah 283 orang. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh PNS golongan III dari seluruh bidang pada Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Aceh yang berjumlah 100 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dengan random sampling, dengan bantuan Microsof Excel. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Berganda yang diolah dengan menggunakan program PLS Smart 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penempatan dan teamwork berpengaruh langsung signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Efektivitas manajemen dan penempatan berpengaruh langsung signifikan terhadap teamwork. Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh langsung signifikan terhadap efektivitas manajemen. Implikasi hasil penelitian ini akan diarahkan pada upaya peningkatan organizational citizenship behavior, penempatan, dan teamwork melalui variabel efektivitas manajemen, kepemimpinan transformasional. . This study aims to analyze the effect of management effectiveness, transformational leadership, placement, and team work on the organizational citizenship behavior of Civil Servants at the Aceh Provincial Education Office. The theory in this study is the theory of human resource management (HRM), especially about Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) which is related to management effectiveness, transformational leadership, placement, and team work. The novelty of this research is that no previous research has been found that discusses: (1) the effectiveness of management, transformational leadership, employee placement, and team work on organizational citizenship behavior for Civil Servants (PNS) at the Aceh Provincial Education Office, both in terms of methods and applications. , (2) the results of the study which showed that placement and teamwork had a significant direct effect on organizational citizenship behavior, while (3) the effectiveness of management and transformational leadership had no significant direct effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The method used in this research is a survey method. The population in this study were all civil servants at the Aceh Provincial Education Office, amounting to 283 people. While the sample in this study were all civil servants class III from all fields at the Aceh Provincial Education Office, totaling 100 people. The sampling technique used was random sampling, with the help of Microsoft Excel. Methods of collecting data were interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. Analysis of the data used in this study is Multiple Regression Analysis which is processed using the PLS Smart 3.0 program. The results showed that placement and teamwork had a significant direct effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The effectiveness of management and placement has a significant direct effect on teamwork. Transformational leadership has a significant direct effect on management effectiveness. The implications of the results of this study will be directed at efforts to improve organizational citizenship behavior, placement, and teamwork through the variables of management effectiveness, transformational leadership.
