Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: Untuk mengetahui 1) Deskripsi dari Identifikasi Organisasi, keterkaitan kerja dan Kepuasan kerja pada karyawan industri jasa pada PT.X 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Identifikasi Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada PT X. 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Work Engagement terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada PT X . 4)Untuk mengetahui Identifikasi Organisasi dan Work Engagement dapat memprediksi Kepuasan Kerja pada PT X.Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 180 orang karyawan industry Jasa . Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang kemudian diolah dengan program SPSS. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan ex post facto. Kata kunci : Identifikasi Organisasi,Keterkaitan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja ********** ABSTRACT The objectives of this study are: To find out 1) Description of the Job Identification Organization, job linkages and job satisfaction of service industry employees at PT X 2) To determine the effect of Organizational Identification on Job Satisfaction at PT X. 3) To determine the effect of Work Engagement on Job Satisfaction at PT X. 4) To find out organizational identification and work engagement, it can predict job satisfaction at PT X. This research was conducted on 180 employees of the service industry. The data collection technique used a survey method, namely by distributing questionnaires which were then processed by the SPSS program. This research uses descriptive analysis and ex post facto.
