Abstract

ABSTRAK Izatun Nisa, Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Guru dalam Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh terhadap Minat Belajar Peserta didik kelas IX SMPN 139 Jakarta. Skripsi. Jakarta: Program Studi Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Univertas Negeri Jakarta. Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh menjadi salah satu alternatif yang digunakan oleh setiap sekolah di era pandemi Covid-19 agar kegiatan proses pembelajaran terus berlangsung meskipun tatap maya untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan guru dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh terhadap minat belajar peserta didik kelas IX SMPN 139 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Random Sampling. Sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 189 peserta didik dari keseluruhan populasi 360 peserta didik. Sampel ini diambil dari kelas IX A sampai IX J yang mengikuti pembelajaran jarak jauh. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment diperoleh hasil nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga variabel X dan Y berkorelasi dengan kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hasil Uji-t diperoleh hasil nilai thitung sebesar 7,097 > dari tabel 1,652 artinya terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan guru dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh terhadap minat belajar peserta didik. Hal tersebut diperkuat dengan perolehan hasil uji koefisiensi determinasi sebesar 21,2%. Kata Kunci: Kepemiminan Guru, minat belajar, Pembelajaran Jarak jauh. ABSTRACT Izatun Nisa, The Influence of Teacher Leadership Style in Distance Learning on Learning Interests of Class IX Students of SMPN 139 Jakarta. Thesis. Jakarta: Social Science Education Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences, Jakarta State University. Distance learning is one of the alternatives used by every school in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic so that the learning process continues even though it is face-to-face to achieve educational goals. This study aims to determine the effect of the teacher's leadership style in distance learning on the learning interest of class IX students of SMPN 139 Jakarta. This research uses quantitative method with random sampling technique. The sample obtained was 189 students from a total of 360 students. This sample was taken from class IX A to IX J who took distance learning. Results Based on research using the Pearson Product Moment correlation test, a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 was obtained so that the variables X and Y correlated with categories. Based on the results of the t-test, the results of the tcount value of 7,097> from table 1,652 it means that there is an influence of the teacher's leadership style in distance learning with students' learning interests.
