Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Mengetahui sistem pendanaan SOS Children’s Villages Indonesia masa pandemi COVID-19, (2) Mengetahui strategi Fundraising SOS Children’s Villages Indonesia masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor pusat keuangan Fund Development and Communication SOS Children’s Villages yang beralamat di Jalan Karya Bakti No. 1, RT. 008 RW 07 Cibubur, Kecamatan Ciracas, Kota Jakarta Timur, DKI Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdapat 3 orang informan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) SOS Children’s Villages memiliki lima aspek yang perlu diperhatikan dalam pengelolaannya, yaitu planning; organizing; budgeting; human resources Development serta sistem informasi. Aspek budgeting menjadi perhatian utama selama masa Pandemi covid-19. Adanya sistem pendanaan lembaga, membuat lembaga tersebut menjadi lebih terencana secara matang. SOS Children’s Villages memiliki sistem pendanaan yang sesuai dengan standar nasional Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak (LKSA) yang diatur dalam Permensos No. 30 Tahun 2011. Sistem pendanaan SOS Children’s Village smenjadi dasar lembaga untuk berkembang. Tujuannya untuk dapat memperoleh sumber pendanaan segar yang mendukung roda kehidupan dalam pengelolaan keuangan pada sebuah organisasi agar tetap bertahan di masa Pandemi covid-19. (2) Strategi Fundraising SOS Children’s Villages yang berubah dikarenakan adaptasi dengan kebijakan pemerintah di masa Pandemi covid-19. Strategi Fundraising yang diterapkan-pun dikembangkan lagi dengan inovasi – inovasi baru. Penerapan Fundraising yang dilakukan SOS Children’s Villages Indonesia masa Pandemi covid-19 menjadi tantangan baru bagi lembaga SOS Children’s Villages . Hal ini dikarenakan sumber dana yang masuk di awal Pandemi terjadi penurunan drastis, sedangkan anggaran pengeluarannya tetap sama seperti sebelum masa Pandemi. Sehingga strategi – strategi Fundraising yang diterapkan menjadi langkah adaptasi dan tanggung jawab yang dilakukan oleh SOS Children’s Villages Indonesia. Kata kunci : Fundraising, Manajemen Strategi Fundraising, Organisasi Pelayan Sosial, COVID-19 This research aims: (1) know the funding sistem of SOS Children’s Villages during the COVID-19 pandemi, (2) know the strategy of Fundraising SOS Children’s Village sduring the COVID-19 pandemi. This research was conducted at the Financial Headquarters of the SOS Children’s Villages Fund Development and Communications office, which is located at Jalan Karya Bakti No. 1, RT. 008 RW 07 Cibubur, Ciracas District, East Jakarta City, DKI Jakarta. The research method used is descriptive. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation, and literature study. The results of this study indicate that: (1) SOS Children’s Villages has five aspects that need to be considered in its management, namely planning; organizing; budgeting; human resources development and information sistems. The budgeting aspect is a major concern during the Covid-19 pandemi. The existence of an institutional funding sistem makes the institution more well-planned. SOS Children’s Villages has a funding sistem that complies with the national standards of the Child Welfare Institution (LKSA) as regulated in the Minister of Social Affairs Regulation No. 30 of 2011. The SOS Children’s Villages funding sistem is the foundation for the institution to develop. The goal is to be able to obtain fresh funding sources that support the wheel of life in financial management in an organization in order to survive during the Covid-19 Pandemi. (2) The SOS Children’s Villages Fundraising Strategy changed due to adaptation to government policies during the Covid-19 Pandemi. The Fundraising strategy that was implemented was further developed with new innovations. The implementation of Fundraising carried out by SOS Children’s Villages during the Covid-19 Pandemi has become a new challenge for the SOS Children’s Villages institution. This is because the source of funds that came in at the beginning of the Pandemi decreased drastically, while the expenditure budget remained the same as before the Pandemi period. So that the Fundraising strategies implemented are an adaptation and responsibility step carried out by SOS Children’s Villages Indonesia.
