Abstract

ABSTRAK Elia Febriyani, Analisis Nilai-Nilai Pancasila Dalam Buku Teks Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan Kurikulum 2013 (Buku Pegangan Peserta Didik Kelas VII SMP), Skripsi, Program Studi Pendidikan Pancasila Dan Kewarganegaraan, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Nilai Pancasila yang paling dominan muncul di dalam buku teks, (2) Muatan nilai-nilai Pancasila yang ada pada buku teks, (3) Persebaran nilai-nilai Pancasila yang ada pada buku teks Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan Kurikulum 2013 pegangan peserta didik kelas VII SMP. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai dari bulan Maret 2021 hingga Juli 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis isi dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data primer pada penelitian ini ialah Buku Teks Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan Kurikulum 2013 pegangan peserta didik kelas VII SMP dan wawancara sebagai sumber data sekunder. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh dari hasil analisis secara mendalam pada buku teks dan wawancara dengan guru PPKn serta penulis buku teks. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Reduksi data, Penyajian data dan Penarikan Simpulan. Guna memperoleh data yang kredibel, teknik keabsahan data menggunakan: Observasi, Triangulasi, Member Check dan Diskusi teman sejawat. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) berdasarkan 45 butir nilai Pancasila yang termuat dalam buku teks, butir ke-3 nilai Persatuan yang mencerminkan sikap cinta terhadap tanah air menjadi nilai yang dominan muncul pada buku teks dengan jumlah 37 kali. 2) 45 butir nilai Pancasila yang diatur dalam TAP MPR-RI No I/MPR/2003 termuat seluruhnya di dalam buku teks. 3) pada bab 1 tidak ditemukan nilai Keadilan dan pada bab 3 tidak ditemukan nilai Keadilan, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai Pancasila tidak tersebar secara merata pada setiap bab karena menyesuaikan substansi materi pada tiap bab. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa muatan nilai Pancasila pada Buku Teks Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan Kurikulum 2013 pegangan peserta didik kelas VII SMP tergolong baik karena 45 butir nilai Pancasila termuat di dalamnya, persebaran nilai Pancasila yang tidak merata disebabkan oleh penyesuaian substansi materi pada setiap bab. Namun nilai Pancasila tetap tersampaikan dengan baik karena guru selalu mencerminkan nilai Pancasila pada seluruh aspek kegiatan proses pembelajaran sehingga peserta didik mendapatkan pemahaman yang baik mengenai nilai Pancasila dari aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik. This study aims to determine: (1) the most dominant Pancasila values appear in textbooks, (2) the content of Pancasila values in textbooks, (3) the distribution of Pancasila values in Pancasila Education textbooks and Citizenship Curriculum 2013 is a guide for Seventh Grade Junior High School students. This research was conducted from March 2021 to July 2021. This research uses content analysis method with descriptive qualitative approach. The primary data sources in this study were the textbook on Pancasila Education and Citizenship Curriculum 2013 class VII Junior High School and interviews as secondary data sources . The research data were obtained from in�depth analysis of textbooks and interviews with PPKn teachers and textbook authors. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. In order to obtain credible data, data validity techniques use: Observation, Triangulation, Member Check and peer discussion. The results of this study are 1) based on 45 points of Pancasila values contained in textbooks, the 3rd point of the Unity value which reflects the attitude of love for the homeland is the dominant value that appears in the textbook with a total of 37 times. 2) 45 points of Pancasila values regulated in TAP MPR-RI No. I/MPR/2003 are contained entirely in textbooks. 3) in chapter 1 there is no value of justice and in chapter 3 there is no value of justice, this shows that the value of Pancasila is not evenly distributed in each chapter because it adjusts the substance of the material in each chapter. This study concludes that the content of Pancasila values in the 2013 Curriculum Pancasila Education Textbook and Citizenship Curriculum for class VII SMP students is classified as good because 45 items of Pancasila values are contained in it, the uneven distribution of Pancasila values is caused by adjustments to the substance of the material in each chapter. However, the value of Pancasila is still well conveyed because the teacher always reflects the value of Pancasila in all aspects of the learning process activities so that students get a good understanding of the value of Pancasila from the cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects.
