Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterlibatan kerja, pelatihan, dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja Biro SDM, Organisasi dan Hukum LAPAN. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Biro Lingkungan Hidup Sumber Daya Manusia, Organisasi dan Hukum LAPAN. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan teknik probability sample menggunakan cluster sampling dan responden dalam penelitian sebanyak 40 responden. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan skala likert dan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 24. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian dan hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial atau simultan keterlibatan kerja, pelatihan, dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Biro SDM, Organisasi dan Hukum LAPAN. Persentase menunjukkan 73,2% kinerja dipengaruhi oleh keterlibatan kerj, pelatihan, dan pengembangan karir sedangkan 26,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti. Kata kunci: Keterlibatan kerja, pengembangan karir, pelatihan, kinerja This study aims to determine the effect of interaction on work, training, and career development of the Bureau of HR, Organization and Law of LAPAN. The population in this study were employees of the Environmental, Human Resources, Organizational and Legal Bureau of LAPAN. The sampling technique with the probability sample technique used cluster sampling and the respondents in the study were 40 respondents. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire with a Likert scale and data processing using SPSS 24. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research and the hypothesis show that partially or simultaneously work interactions, training, and career development affect the performance of the HR, Organization and Law Bureau of LAPAN. The percentage shows that 73.2% of the influence is influenced by work involvement, and career development, while 26.8% is explained by other variables not examined.
