Abstract

ABSTRAK Nabilla Agustiani, Strategi Guru PAI dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa di Masa Pandemi Covid-19. Skripsi, Jakarta : Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2021 Strategi Pembelajaran adalah serangkaian kegiatan yang di buat secara khusus melalui perencanaan (metode pembelajaran maupun sumber daya lainnya) guna mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang di inginkan. Berdasarkan pendidikan formal, guru merupakan administrator yang mempunyai tugas untuk menyelenggarakan pendidikan dengan baik sesuai ketentuan sekolah. Maka dari itu, guru diminta untuk mempunyai strategi pembelajaran yang mampu membuat siswa semangat belajar dengan baik dan menyenangkan, hal ini dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang ada. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya yang baik dari guru untuk memilih dalam menerapkan strategi, metode, dan media pembelajaran yang sesuai untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk menggambarkan strategi yang diterapkan oleh guru agama islam dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran agama islam. (2) menjelaskan perkembangan motivasi siswa. (3) Menyebutkan hambatan dan faktor pendukung dalam meningkatkan motivasi siswa. Untuk mencapai tujuan diatas, digunakan pendekatannpenelitian kualitatif. Dalam proses pengumpulan data, penulis menggunakanmbeberapa metode, yaitu metode observasi, interviewkdan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk analisis datanya, penulis menggunakanlteknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu berupa pemaparan data secara tertulis mengenai data-data terkait, baikpyang tertulis maupun lisan dari objek penelitian yang ada dinketiga sekolah (SMAN 89 JAKARTA, SMAN 102 JAKARTA, SMK PGRI 5 JAKARTA) yang telahndiamati, dimana dalam hal ini penulism menggambarkan secara menyeluruh tentang keadaan yang sebenarnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa, keberhasilan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siwa di masa pandemi pada mata pelajaran agama islam sangat baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat melalui siswa yang mengisi dan menjawab survei di google formulir dan ketika kelas dimulai melalui aplikasi zoom, g.meet, google classroom, whats app grup, dan aplikasi lainnya. Thesis, Jakarta: Islamic Religious Education Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences, Jakarta State University, 2021 Learning strategies are a series of activities that are made specifically through planning (learning methods and other resources) in order to achieve the desired educational goals. Based on formal education, teachers are administrators who have the duty to carry out education properly according to school regulations. Therefore, teachers are asked to have learning strategies that are able to make students enthusiastic about learning well and fun, this is done to achieve existing educational goals. Therefore, it takes a good effort from the teacher to choose the appropriate strategies, methods, and learning media to achieve educational goals. The objectives of this study are: (1) To describe the strategies applied by Islamic religious education teachers in increasing student motivation in Islamic religious subjects. (2) Describe the increase in student motivation. (3) State the constraints and support factors in increasing student motivation. To achieve the above objectives, a qualitative research approach was used. In the data collection process, the writer used several methods, namely the method of observation, interview and documentation. As for the data analysis, the writer used a qualitative descriptive analysis technique, which was in the form of writing data about related data, both written and oral from the research objects in the three schools (SMAN 89 JAKARTA, SMAN 102 JAKARTA, SMK PGRI 5 JAKARTA) which has been observed, which in this case the author describes thoroughly the actual situation. The results of this study prove that the success of Islamic Religious Education teachers in increasing student learning motivation during the pandemic in Islamic religious subjects is very good. This can be seen through students filling out and answering surveys on the google form and when the class starts through the zoom, g.meet, google classroom, whats app group, and other applications.
