Abstract

*ABSTRAK* Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan mahasiswa Pendidikan Tata Busana tentang materi Zero Waste Fashion dengan indikator 4 tingkatan pengetahuan yaitu pengetahuan, pemahaman, penerapan dan analisis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan satu variable, yaitu: pengetahuan tentang Zero Waste Fashion. Sampel pada penelitian ini merupakan 70 orang responden yang merupakan mahasiswa Pendidikan Tata Busana Universitas Negeri Jakarta angkatan 2015 – 2018 yang telah mengikuti mata kuliah Desain Busana, Konstruksi Pola, Manajemen Busana Wanita, Dasar Busana, Analisa Pola Busana dan Monumental Tekstil. Pengumpulan data menggunakan google form dengan tes berbentuk soal pilihan ganda. Hasil penelitian mengenai Pengetahuan Mahasiswa Pendidikan Tata Busana Universitas Negeri Jakarta tentang Zero Waste Fashion dapat dikatakan bahwa Mahasiswa Pendidikan Tata Busana Universitas Negeri Jakarta meskipun belum pernah mempelajari Zero Waste Fashion secara formal namun memiliki tingkat persentase pengetahuan yang “cukup” karna terpenuhinya 4 tingkatan pengetahuan sebagai indikator dalam penelitian ini dengan persentase indikator pengetahuan 71%, pemahaman 68%, penerapan 64%, juga analisis 60% terhadap Zero Waste Fashion dengan sub indikator Dasar Zero Waste Fashion, Sejarah Zero Waste Fashion, Kriteria Zero Waste Fashion, Tahapan Zero Waste Fashion dan Teknik Zero Waste Fashion. Kata Kunci: Pengetahuan, Mahasiswa, Tata Busana, Zero Waste Fashion. *ABSTRACT* The purpose of this research is to find out the level of knowledge of Fashion Design Education students about Zero Waste Fashion with 4 levels of knowledge indicators such as knowledge, understanding, application and analysis. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with one variable: knowledge of Zero Waste Fashion. The sample in this study were 70 respondents who were students of Fashion Design Education, State University of Jakarta, 2015 – 2018 class who had taken courses in Fashion Design, Pattern Construction, Women's Clothing Management, Basic Clothing, Analysis of Clothing Patterns and Fabric Manipulation. Data collection using google form with multiple choice test. The results of the research on the Knowledge of Fashion Design Education Students at the State University of Jakarta about Zero Waste Fashion, it can be said that the students of Fashion Design Education at the State University of Jakarta, although they have never studied Zero Waste Fashion formally, have a "sufficient" knowledge percentage level because they have 4 levels of knowledge as an indicator in this study with the percentage of knowledge indicators 71%, understanding 68%, implementation 64%, also 60% analysis of Zero Waste Fashion with the sub-indicators like of Basic Zero Waste Fashion, History of Zero Waste Fashion, Zero Waste Fashion Criteria, Stages of Zero Waste Fashion and Techniques Zero Waste Fashion.
