Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara Big Five Personality, Perceived Organizational Support, dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Pegawai Honorer. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama empat bulan terhitung mulai bulan Desember 2020 sampai dengan Maret 2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei menggunakan kuesioner dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi terjangkau dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pegawai honorer Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana sebanyak 379 pegawai. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel proportional random sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 195 pegawai. Dengan variabel Komitmen Organisasi (Y), Big Five Personality (X1), Perceived Organizational Support (X2), dan Kepuasan Kerja (X3). Dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 24 sebagai alat analisis data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu, pertama uji persyaratan analisis terdiri dari uji normalitas 0,100 > 0,05 dan uji linearitas 0,000 < 0,05. Kedua uji asumsi klasik terdiri dari uji multikolinearitas dengan nilai tolerance X1 0,784 > 0,1 dan nilai VIF 1,275 < 10, X2 0,664 > 0,1 dan nilai VIF 1,507 < 10, X3 0,710 > 0,1 dan nilai VIF 1,408 < 10. Uji heteroskedesitas dengan rank Spearman untuk X1 0,618 > 0,05, X2 0,562 > 0,05, X3 0,449 > 0, 05. Ketiga uji regresi berganda dengan hasil persamaan Y = 30,981 + 0,117X1 + 2,904X2 + 0,106X3. Keempat uji hipotesis terdiri dari uji F yaitu 178,952 > 2,65 dan uji t untuk X1 9,629 > 1,972, X2 17,609 > 1,972, X3 11,730 > 1,972. Kelima, analisis koefisien determinasi yaitu 0,733 atau 73,3% variabel komitmen organisasi dapat dijelaskan oleh big five personality, perceived organizational support, dan kepuasan kerja. Sedangkan 26,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Kata kunci : Komitmen Organisasi, Big Five Personality, Perceived Organizational Support, Kepuasan Kerja This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the Big Five Personality, Perceived Organizational Support, and Job Satisfaction on the Organizational Commitment of Honorary Employees. This research was conducted for four months starting from December 2020 to March 2021. The research method used was a survey method using a questionnaire with a quantitative approach. The affordable population in this study were all honorary employees of the National Disaster Management Agency as many as 379 employees. The sample used in this study were 195 employees. With the variables of Organizational Commitment (Y), Big Five Personality (X1), Perceived Organizational Support (X2), and Job Satisfaction (X3). By using SPSS version 24 as a data analysis tool. The data analysis technique used is, first, the analysis requirements test consists of a normality test of 0.100 > 0.05 and a linearity test of 0.000 < 0.05. The two classical assumption tests consist of a multicollinearity test with a tolerance value of X1 0.784 > 0.1 and a VIF value of 1.275 < 10, X2 0.664 > 0.1 and a VIF value of 1.507 < 10, X3 0.710 > 0.1 and a VIF value of 1.408 < 10. Heteroscedasticity test with Spearman rank for X1 0.618 > 0.05, X2 0.562 > 0.05, X3 0.449 > 0.05. The three multiple regression tests with the results of the equation Y = 30.981 + 0.117X1 + 2.904X2 + 0.106X3. The four hypothesis tests consist of the F test which is 178.952 > 2.65 and the t test for X1 9.629 > 1.972, X2 17.609 > 1.972, X3 11.730 > 1.972. Fifth, the analysis of the coefficient of determination that is 0.733 or 73.3% of the organizational commitment variables can be explained by the big five personality, perceived organizational support, and job satisfaction.
