Abstract

ABSTRAK Fitri Aisah Anggraeni, Analisis Muatan Nilai-nilai Keadilan dalam manuscript Film Gie. Skripsi. Jakarta: Program Studi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui muatan nilai-nilai keadilan yang terdapat dalam manuscript film Gie serta bagaimana nilai-nilai keadilan yang terdapat dalam manuscript film Gie berdasarkan teori keadilan John Rawls. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan jenis penelitian kepustakaan. Sumber data berasal dari manuscript film GIE dan beberapa buku, jurnal, atau dokumen yang mendukung penelitian ini serta wawancara dengan informan yang sudah menonton tayangan Film Gie. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk memperoleh dan menyusun data penelitian yaitu dengan studi dokumen dan wawancara. Untuk menguji validitas data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode triangulasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis konten. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa terdapat nilai-nilai keadilan dalam manuscript film Gie meliputi: (a) kebebasan mengutarakan pendapat, (b) memperjuangkan apa yang sudah menjadi haknya, (c) kebebasan pers, (d) kebebasan dalam memeluk agama, dan (e) Pengaturan atas perbedaan kelas sosial, nilai-nilai keadilan tersebut sesuai dengan teori keadilan John Rawls yang berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip keadilan yang dinyatakan oleh Ralws,meliputi: a)prinsip kebebasan yang sama dan b) prinsip kesetaraan kesempataan yang fair dan prinsip perbedaan Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa dalam manuscript film Gie mengandung lima muatan nilai-nilai keadilan yang sesuai dengan teori keadilan John Rawls yang dapat memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai nilai-nilai keadilan. This study aims to determine the content of justice values contained in the Gie film manuscript and how the justice values contained in the Gie film manuscript are based on John Rawls' theory of justice. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach and the type of library research. The data sources come from the GIE film manuscript and several books, journals, or documents that support this research as well as interviews with informants who have watched Gie Film shows. Data collection techniques used to obtain and compile research data are document studies and interviews. To test the validity of the data in this study using the data triangulation method. The data analysis technique in this study uses content analysis techniques. The results of the study show that there are values of justice in the Gie film manuscript, including: (a) freedom of expression, (b) fighting for what is their right, (c) freedom of the press, (d) freedom to embrace religion, and (e) The regulation of social class differences, the values of justice are in accordance with John Rawls' theory of justice which is based on the principles of justice stated by Ralws, including: a) the principle of equal freedom and b) the principle of fair opportunity equality and the principle of difference. The conclusion of this study is that the Gie film manuscript contains five values of justice that are in accordance with John Rawls' theory of justice which can provide knowledge and understanding of the values of justice.
