Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis keberanian tokoh utama yang terdapat dalam film Sophie Scholl – Die letzten Tage karya Marc Rothemund. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 22 data yang terdiri dari 13 Sequenzen (sekuen) dan 34 Szenen (adegan). Data penelitian ini yaitu adegan, dialog, dan monolog yang diucapkan oleh Sophie dalam film Sophie Scholl – Die letzten Tage. Teori keberanian dari Andreas Dick digunakan sebagai acuan teori penelitian untuk menggambarkan ciri-ciri keberanian tokoh utama Sophie, yakni: eine Gefahr oder ein Risiko eingehen (mengambil sebuah Bahaya atau Risiko), Klugheit haben (Kecerdasan), Hoffnung und Zuversicht (Harapan dan Kepercayaan diri), ein freier Willensentschluss (Kebebasan kehendak), Liebe (Cinta). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua ciri-ciri keberanian ditemukan pada sosok tokoh utama Sophie Scholl dalam film Sophie Scholl – Die letzten Tage, yaitu eine Gefahr oder ein Risiko eingehen (mengambil sebuah Bahaya atau Risiko), Klugheit haben (Kecerdasan), Hoffnung und Zuversicht (Harapan dan Kepercayaan diri), ein freier Willensentschluss (Kebebasan kehendak), Liebe (Cinta). Namun, terdapat dua ciri-ciri keberanian yang paling mendominasi adalah Klugheit haben dan eine Gefahr oder ein Risiko eingehen, karena kemampuan intelektual yang dimiliki Sophie dalam mengatasi sebuah masalah dan mencari jalan keluar membuat Sophie memiliki pola pikir yang pandai dalam mengambil kuputusan serta mampu bertanggung jawab atas semua risiko yang diambil. ******** The purpose of this study is to analyze the courage of the main character in the film Sophie Scholl – Die letzten Tage by Marc Rothemund. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with literature study techniques. The results showed that 22 data were consisting of 13 sequences and 34 scenes. The data of this research are scenes, dialogues, and monologues spoken by Sophie in the film Sophie Scholl – Die letzten Tage. Andreas Dick's theory of courage is used as a research reference to describe the characteristics of the courage of Sophie's main character, namely: eine Gefahr oder ein Risk eingehen (taking a Danger or Risk), Klugheit haben (Intelligence), Hoffnung und Zuversicht (Hope and Confidence), ein freier Willensentschluss (Freedom of will), Liebe (Love). Based on the results of the study, it can be said that all the characteristics of courage are found in the main character Sophie Scholl in the film Sophie Scholl – Die letzten Tage, namely eine Gefahr oder ein Risk eingehen (taking a Danger or Risk), Klugheit haben (Intelligence), Hoffnung und Zuversicht (Hope and Confidence), ein freier Willensentschluss (Freedom of will), Liebe (Love). However, there are two traits of courage that most dominate, namely Klugheit haben and eine Gefahr oder ein Risk eingehen, because Sophie's intellectual ability in overcoming a problem and finding a solution makes Sophie have a smart mindset in making decisions and being able to take responsibility for all the risks taken.
