Abstract

Penciptaan karya secara konseptual bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan, mengedukasi tentang Masjid Langgar Tinggi dalam karya fotografi advertorial arsitektur yang dikemas dengan bahasa jurnalistik. Dipengaruhi oleh budaya lain yaitu adanya pengaruh budaya Tionghoa, Arab, Portugis dan Jawa sehingga masyarakat umum bisa mengenal lebih dalam bangunan cagar budaya sejak 1992. Latar belakang penciptaan karya dilandasi karena kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang bangunan cagar budaya yaitu Masjid Langgar Tinggi, akulturasi, sejarah dan perubahan fungsi masjid yang mana hanya namanya saja yang berupa masjid namun memiliki fungsi sebagai langgar atau surau. Hal tersebut menarik perhatian perupa untuk membuat karya fotografi advertorial mengenai Masjid Langgar Tinggi. Pesan yang perupa buat dengan cara memvisualisasi bagian-bagian arsitektur yang dapat dilihat melalui berbagai arah, baik depan, samping maupun bagian atas dari arsitektur Masjid Langgar Tinggi kemudian dikemas dengan bahasa jurnalistik, dilayout dan dipublikasikan ke dalam media massa. Pembaca aktif media massa seperti koran berumur 10-64 tahun. Berdasarkan tujuan tersebut, penciptaan karya ini menggunakan metode kajian literatur dengan menelusuri sumber-sumber tulisan yang pernah dibuat sebelumnya, mencari data atau informasi riset melalui buku, jurnal dan bahan publikasi lainnya guna menemukan masalah untuk diteliti dengan segmentasi 10-64 tahun yang berdomisili di Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang dan Bekasi. Secara garis besar, penciptaan karya ini menitikberatkan pada akulturasi yang ada di Masjid Langgar Tinggi yaitu bangunan cagar budaya yang berdiri kokoh hingga saat ini antara budaya Jawa dengan pengaruh budaya lain diantaranya adalah budaya Tionghoa, budaya Arab dan budaya Eropa atau Portugis dibuat masing-masing satu pembahasan dari budaya-budaya tersebut. Conceptual creation of works aims to introduce, educate about the Langgar Tinggi Mosque in architectural advertorial photography that is packaged in journalistic language. Influenced by other cultures, namely the influence of Chinese, Arabic, Portuguese and Javanese cultures so that the general public can get to know more about cultural heritage buildings since 1992. The background of the creation of the work is based on the lack of public knowledge about cultural heritage buildings, namely the Langgar Tinggi Mosque, acculturation, history and changes in the function of the mosque where only the name is in the form of a mosque but has a function as a langgar or surau. This has attracted the attention of artists to create advertorial photography works about the Langgar Tinggi Mosque. The message that the artist creates by visualizing the architectural parts that can be seen through various directions, both front, side and top of the Langgar Tinggi Mosque architecture is then packaged in journalistic language, laid out and published in the mass media. Active readers of mass media such as newspapers aged from 10-64 years. Based on these objectives, the creation of this work uses a literature review method by tracing the sources of previously written writings, looking for research data or information through books, journals and other publication materials in order to find problems to research with segmentation 10-64 years old who live in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi. Broadly speaking, the creation of this work focuses on acculturation in the Langgar Tinggi Mosque, namely a cultural heritage building that stands firmly to this day between Javanese culture and other cultural influences including Chinese culture, Arabic culture and European or Portuguese culture made individually. discussion of these cultures.
