Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan materi ajar teks deskripsi berbasis blended learning pada mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia kelas VII SMPN 16 Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari-Juni 2021. Fokus penelitian ini adalah pengembangan materi ajar teks deskripsi berbasis blended learning bertujuan untuk membantu siswa mencapai tujuan pembelajaran dengan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R&D (Research and Development) model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evalution). Pelaksanaan uji coba kelompok kecil dilakukan oleh 6 orang siswa kelas VII SMPN 16 Tangerang dengan pembelajaran tatap muka dan online melalui edmodo. Data dikumpulkan dengan hasil angket, observasi, dan wawancara. Analisis data yang dilakukan dengan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Kualitas materi ajar teks deskripsi berbasis blended learning yang telah dikembangkan mendapatkan penilaian berkategori sangat layak atau sangat baik dari validator yaitu 85,8% dengan masing-masing penilaian ahli materi 91,6% dan penilaian dari ahli media 80%. Selain itu, aspek yang diuji cobakan yaitu 88% dengan masing- masing penilaian dari uji kelayakan guru 90% dan penilaian dari respon siswa 86%. Maka dari itu, materi ajar teks deskripsi berbasis blended learning ini “layak” untuk digunakan sebagai materi ajar. This study aims to develop blended learning-based descriptive text teaching materials for Indonesian class VII SMPN 16 Tangerang. This research was conducted in January-June 2021. The focus of this research is the development of blended learning-based descriptive text teaching materials aimed at helping students achieve learning objectives well. This study uses the R&D (Research and Development) method of the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The small group trial was carried out by 6 seventh grade students of SMPN 16 Tangerang with face-to-face and online learning through Edmodo. Data were collected by means of questionnaires, observations, and interviews. Data analysis was carried out with qualitative and quantitative analysis. The quality of the blended learning-based descriptive text teaching materials that have been developed gets a very decent or very good category assessment from the validator, namely 85.8% with each material expert rating of 91.6% and an assessment from media experts of 80%. In addition, the aspects that were tested were 88% with each assessment of the teacher's feasibility test being 90% and the assessment of student responses being 86%. Therefore, this blended learning-based descriptive text teaching material is "proper" to be used as teaching material.
