Abstract
Komunikasi memainkan peran terpenting dalam suatu organisasi karena mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, terutama pada proyek-proyek besar. Penulis melakukan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis sistem komunikasi organisasi pada Pt. Bank DKI Kantor Layanan Cakung. Penelitian ini berharap hasilnya berupa program, metodologi atau strategi bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan komunikasi organisasi di dalam perusahaan serta meningkatkan kinerja karyawan sehingga laba perusahaan dapat tercapai dengan baik. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan mendeskripsikan atau mendeskripsikan secara umum objek yang diminati dengan menggunakan data atau sampel yang dikumpulkan tidak berubah, tanpa menganalisis dan menarik kesimpulan umum sehingga dapat berkomunikasi melalui komunikasi organisasi. diketahui secara detail di perusahaan perbankan Pt. Bank DKI Kantor Layanan Cakung. Dalam penelitian ini teknik perolehan data dilakukan dengan metode analisis deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Selain itu, meski pendapatan perusahaan cenderung subur, diketahui juga kinerja karyawan Pt. Bank DKI Kantor Layanan Cakung yang cenderung buruk disebabkan masalah komunikasi organisasi. The author conducted this research to analyze the organizational communication system at Pt. Bank DKI Cakung Service Office. This study hopes that the results will be in the form of programs, methodologies or strategies for companies to improve organizational communication within the company and improve employee performance so that company profits can be achieved properly. In this study, researchers conducted research using descriptive analysis methods by describing or describing in general the object of interest using data or samples collected unchanged, without analyzing and drawing general conclusions so that they can communicate through organizational communication. known in detail at the insurance company Pt. Bank DKI Cakung Service Office. In this study, the data acquisition technique was carried out using descriptive analysis methods with data collection techniques carried out through observation, interviews and literature study. In addition, although the company's income tends to be fertile, it is also known that the employees' performance of Pt. Bank DKI Cakung Service Office which tends to be bad is caused by organizational communication problems.
