Abstract

Karya ilmiah ini merupakan suatu gambaran untuk menjelaskan pelaksanaan Motivasi Kerja Karyawan pada Biro Sumber Daya Manusia dan Organisasi Kementerian Pariwisata Dan Ekonomi Kreatif Republik Indonesia Selama Pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam karya ilmiah ini adalah dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan berbagai data melalui tinjauan pustaka, observasi dan praktik yang telah dilaksanakan pada perusahaan. Dari hasil yang didapatkan bahwa pelaksanaan Motivasi Kerja Karyawan saat Selama Pandemi ini sangat berperan penting untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan disiplin kerja karyawan diperlukan suatu dorongan dari pimpinan agar para karyawan mau meningkatkan kerjanya supaya produktivitas kerjanya meningkat dan agar memudahkan perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan. Kata kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Work Frome Home This scientific work is an illustration to explain the implementation of Employee Motivation at the Bureau of Human Resources and the Organization of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The method used in this scientific paper is to use descriptive analysis with the method of collecting various data through literature reviews, observations and practices that have been implemented in the company. From the results obtained, the implementation of Employee Work Motivation during this Pandemic has played an important role in increasing employee productivity, a boost from the leadership is needed so that employees want to increase their work so that their work productivity increases and makes it easier for the company to achieve its goals.
