Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan perangkat pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Perangkat pembelajaran yang digunakan di sekolah hanya berisikan kumpulan soal yang belum dapat melatih kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Perkembangan zaman abad 21 membutuhkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dalam memperoleh pengetahuan, memecahkan masalah hingga mencari solusi. Karena itu dibutuhkan adanya perangkat pembelajaran yang dapat membantu siswa dalam melatih kemampuan berpikir kritis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk membuat produk cetak berupa LKPD PPKn berbasis pendekatan saintifik dan berorientasi pada kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas V sekolah dasar. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melibatkan ahli bahasa, ahli media, ahli materi, dan siswa. Pengembangan ini menggunakan model ADDIE yang meliputi analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Namun karena pandemi Covid-19 penelitian ini hanya sampai tahap pengembangan (develop). Hasil validasi ahli bahasa memperoleh skor sebesar 96%, hasil validasi ahli media memperoleh skor sebesar 83%, hasil validasi ahli materi memperoleh skor sebesar 78%. Kemudian dilakukan uji coba kepada siswa melalui tahap one to one trial, small group trial dengan memperoleh skor 95%, dan flied test trial dengan memperoleh skor 98,2% jika dideskripsikan maka termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli dan uji coba kepada siswa, maka LKPD PPKn berbasis pendekatan saintifik layak digunakan sebagai perangkat pembelajaran yang dapat melatih kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas V sekolah dasar. This research and development is conducted based on the analysis of the needs of learning devices in elementary schools. The learning tools used in school contain only a collection of questions that have not been able to train students' critical thinking skills. The development of the 21st century requires the ability to think critically in gaining knowledge, solving problems and finding solutions. Therefore, there is a need for learning tools that can help students in practicing critical thinking skills. The purpose of this research is to make print products in the form of LKPD PPKn based on scientific approach and oriented to critical thinking ability of grade five elementary school students. This research and development uses the ADDIE model which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic this research is only up to the development stage. Language expert validation results scored 96%, media expert validation results scored 83%, material expert validation results scored 78%. Then conducted trials to students through the stage of one to one trial, small group trial with a score of 95%, and flied test trial by obtaining a score of 98.2% if described then included in the category isvery good. Based on the results of expert validation and trials to students, lkpd PPKn based on scientific approach deserves to be used as a learning tool that can train the critical thinking ability of grade V elementary school students.
