Abstract

Perilaku interpersonal guru yang didalamnya mencangkup interaksi yang terjadi antara guru dengan peserta didik di dalam sekolah memiliki peranan yang penting untuk kelancaran komunikasi didalam kelas. Perilaku interpersonal guru yang nampak merupakan aspek penting dalam proses pembelajaran didalam kelas karena hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi hasil kognitif dan afektif peserta didik. Secara tidak langsung pengaruh tersebut akan berdampak kepada self-efficacy dalam bentuk sebuah keputusan, keyakinan dan harapan tantang seberapa jauh seseorang individu mengukur kemampuan yang dimilikinya untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahu hubungan perilaku interpersonal guru dan self-efficacy peserta didik dengan hasil belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tahun ajaran 2020-2021 di SMAN 7 Tangerang. Metode penelitian adalah metode deskriptif dengan berdasarkan studi korelasional. Sampel diambil secara acak menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling, sebanyak 123 siswa kelas XI MIPA. Uji prasyarat didapatkan hasil data yang normal dan homogen. Hasil uji korelasi yang diperoleh menggunakan uji korelasi parsial Kendall sebesar 0,283 yang menunjukkan kekuatan korelasi sangat rendah. Berdasarkan perhitungan z hitung sebesar 4,6 menunjukkan z hitung > z tabel (1,9) yang artinya terdapat hubungan antara perilaku interpersonal guru dan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan mempertimbangkan self-efficacy peserta didik. ********* The interpersonal behavior of teachers which includes interactions that occur between teachers and students in schools has an important role in smooth communication in the classroom. The teacher's interpersonal behavior appears to be an important aspect of the learning process in the classroom because it can affect the cognitive and affective outcomes of students. Indirectly, this influence will have an impact on self-efficacy in the form of decisions, beliefs, and expectations about how far an individual measures his abilities to improve student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between teacher interpersonal behavior and student self-efficacy with student learning outcomes. This research was conducted in the 2020-2021 academic year at 7 Senior High School In Tangerang. The research method is a descriptive method based on correlational studies. Samples were taken randomly using the cluster random sampling technique, as many as 123 students of class XI Science. Prerequisite test obtained normal and homogeneous data results. The correlation test results obtained using the Kendall partial correlation test of 0.283 which shows the strength of the correlation is very low. Based on the calculation of z count of 4.6, it shows that z count > z table (1.9) which means that there is a relationship between teacher interpersonal behavior and student learning outcomes by considering students' self-efficacy.
