Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri akademik terhadap flow akademik mahasiswa di Jakarta pada masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 333 orang mahasiswa dari perguruan tinggi di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur efikasi diri akademik adalah Academic Self Efficacy Scale dan The FLow Inventory for Student. Analisis regresi satu prediktor digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara efikasi diri akademik terhadap flow akademik mahasiswa di Jakarta pada masa pandemi covid-19. Efikasi diri akademik mempengaruhi flow akademik sebesar 39.1%. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of academic self efficacy on academic flow of students in Jakarta during the covid-19 pandemic. This research uses quantitative methods. The subjects of this study amounted to 333 college students from universities in DKI Jakarta. The instruments used in this research are Academic Self Efficacy Scale to measure academic self efficacy and The FLow Inventory for Student to measure academic flow. Regression analysis with one predictor is used to analyze the research hypotheses. The result of the research shows that there is a significant effect between academic self efficacy towards academic flow of students in Jakarta during the covid-19 pandemic. Academic self efficacy had 39.1% effect towards academic flow of students in Jakarta during the covid-19 pandemic.
