Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan generasi Z yang bekerja di Jabodetabek. Peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 242 karyawan yang lahir pada rentang tahun 1995-2010 dan sedang bekerja di Jabodetabek. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ) dan Job Stress Scale (JSS). Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan adanya pengaruh stres kerja yang negatif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan generasi Z yang bekerja di Jabodetabek. Dimana stres kerja berkontribusi sebesar 8,1% terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan generasi Z yang bekerja di Jabodetabek. This research aims to determine the effect of work stress on organizational commitment to Generation Z employees in Jabodetabek. The method used on this research is quantitative. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling with a sample of 242 employee respondents which has a birth range between 1995 until 2010 and working in one of Jabodetabek regions. The measuring instrument used Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ) and Job Stress Scale (JSS). Based on the result of regression analysis show that there is a significant negative effect of job stress towards organizational commitment on Generation Z employees who work in Jabodetabek. The stress variable contributes 8.1% to the organizational commitment of Generation Z employees who work in jabodetabek.
