Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan jawaban secara ilmiah terdapat atau tidaknya pengaruh antara Gaya Kepemimpinan Tranformasional (X1), Budaya Organisasi (X2), dan Motivasi Kerja (X3) terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (Y). Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap OCB. Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif Budaya Organisasi terhadap OCB. Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif Motivasi Kerja terhadap OCB. Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif Budaya Organisasi terhadap Motivasi Kerja. Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Motivasi Kerja. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan statistik. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis jalur (path analysis). Jumlah sampel diperoleh dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh atau sensus, yaitu menjadikan seluruh populasi karyawan menjadi sampel. Jumah sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 210 responden.Analisis data dengan menggunakan SPSS Versi 22. Teknik uji pengambilan data diantaranya dengan menggunakan Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Normalitas Galat Taksiran, Uji Signifikansi, Uji Linearitas Regresi, Uji Koefisien Korelasi, Uji Koefisien Determinasi dan Uji Hipotesis. Sampai saat ini penelitian pada lembaga koperasi sangat jarang dilakukan, sehingga penelitian pada Koperasi ini mempunyai sumbangsih yang besar bagi pengembangan OCB di koperasi, sehingga sukses berkompetesi di era globalisasi dan era industry 4.0. Temuan ini memberi makna bahwa jika ingin meningkatkan Organizational Citizenship Behavior para pegawai Induk Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia, dapat dilakukan melalui peningkatan Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Organisasi, dan Motivasi Kerja secara sistematis dan terencana. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan Tranformasional, Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior This study aims to find a scientific answer whether or not there is an influence between Transformational Leadership Style (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (Y). In this study, it was found that there is a direct positive effect of Transformational Leadership Style on OCB. There is a direct positive influence of Organizational Culture on OCB. There is a positive direct effect of work motivation on OCB. There is a direct positive influence of Organizational Culture on Work Motivation. There is a direct positive effect of Transformational Leadership Style on Work Motivation. This type of research is a quantitative research analyzed using statistics. The analysis technique used is path analysis technique. The number of samples is obtained by using a saturated sample or census, which makes the entire population of employees into the sample. The number of samples used is 210 respondents. Data analysis using SPSS Version 22. Data collection test techniques include using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Estimated Error Normality Test, Significance Test, Regression Linearity Test, Correlation Coefficient Test, Coefficient of Determination Test and Hypothesis testing. Until now, research on cooperative institutions is very rarely done, so research on this cooperative has a great contribution to the development of OCB in cooperatives, so that they are successful in competing in the era of globalization and the era of industry 4.0. This finding means that if you want to improve the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of the employees of the Parent Cooperative Employees of the Republic of Indonesia, it can be done through improving the Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, and Work Motivation in a systematic and planned manner.
