Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi kerja dengan persepsi kinerja pada profesi guru SMP saat melakukan Work From Home (WFH) selama masa pandemi Covid-19 di DKI Jakarta. Variabel motivasi kerja diukur menggunakan alat ukur yang dikembangkan oleh Iriani Indri Hapsari dan Mardiana berdasarkan teori yang di konstruk dari literatur jurnal oleh George & Tara Sabhapathy, sedangkan variabel persepsi kinerja guru diukur menggunakan Penilaian Kinerja Guru dari Herwanto dan Fitrah Tul Ummi. Subjek penelitian merupakan guru SMP yang bekerja di DKI Jakarta sebanyak 255 orang. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan Pearson Product Moment, diketahui bahwa nilai r = 0,700; p = 0,00 < α 0,05, artinya terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan persepsi kinerja pada profesi guru SMP saat melakukan Work From Home (WFH) selama masa pandemi Covid-19 di DKI Jakarta. The research is aimed at perceiving the correlation between job motivation and performance perception of the junior high school teachers profession while performing the Work From Home (WFH) during the Covid-19 pandemic in DKI Jakarta. This research is using quantitative methods. Job motivation variable was measured using the measuring tool that developed by Iriani Indri Hapsari and Mardiana based on the theory constructed from the journal literature by George & Tara Sabhaphaty, while the teacher performance perception variable was measured using the Teacher Performance Assessment from Herwanto and Fitrah Tul Ummi. The research subjects were 255 junior high school teachers in DKI Jakarta. Based on the results of calculations using the Pearson Product Moment, it is known that the value of r = 0,700; p = 0,00 < α 0,05, which means there is a positive and significant correlation between job motivation and performance perception of the junior high teachers profession while performing the Work From Home (WFH) during the Covid-19 pandemic in DKI Jakarta.
