Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan context, input, process, dan product dari program Pendidikan Inklusi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluasi program dengan menggunakan model CIPP. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah metode survey dan deskriptif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sungai Bambu 01 Jakarta Utara. Informan penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bagian kurikulum dan kesiswaan, Bapak dan Ibu guru. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dan wawancara. Berdasarkan analisis data ditemukan kendala utama program pendidikan inklusi yang dialami sekolah adalah tidak adanya keberadaan guru pendamping khusus, sehingga menghambat perkembangan siswa anak berkebutuhan khusus. Selain itu, sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung proses pembelajaran kurang lengkap. Kurikulum khusus pendidikan inklusi di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sungai Bambu 01 perlu dikaji ulang kembali demi peningkatan kemampuan belajar bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus. Kata Kunci: Evaluasi, Program Inklusi, Siswa anak berkebutuhan Khusus Abstract: This study aims to describe the context, input, process, and product of the Inclusi Education program. This research is a program evaluation research using the CIPP model. The methodology used is a survey and descriptive method. The study was conducted at the State Elementary School Sungai Bambu 01, North Jakarta. The research informants were the Principal, vice-principal of the curriculum and student affairs department, Mr and Mrs teacher. Data collection techniques through observation, and interviews. Based on data analysis, it was found that the main obstacle for inclusive education programs experienced by schools was the absence of special assistant teacher, thus hampering the development of students with special needs. In addition, the facilities and infrastructure that support the learning process are incomplete. The unique curriculum for inclusive education at State Elementary School Sungai Bambu 01 needs to be re-examined to improve learning abilities for children with special needs.
