Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pencapaian implementasi GLS di SMP Negeri 107 Jakarta pada tiap kegiatan (Pembiasaan, Pengembangan, dan Pembelajaran) dan memahami secara mendalam hasil evaluasi menggunakan unsur Context, Input, Process, dan Product (CIPP) pada implementasi kegiatan Pembiasaan, Pengembangan, dan Pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dengan pendekatan campuran (kuantitatif dan kualitatif). Metode pengumpulan data yaitu penyebaran kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian mengenai pencapaian implementasi GLS pada kegiatan Pembiasaan, Pengembangan, dan Pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa: (1) implementasi GLS pada kegiatan Pembiasaan mencapai 72,5%, artinya siswa telah melaksanakan program GLS dengan baik sesuai rencana dan harapan guru, (2) implementasi GLS pada kegiatan Pengembangan mencapai 60,3%, artinya siswa telah melaksanakan program GLS dengan cukup baik sesuai rencana dan harapan guru, dan (3) implementasi GLS pada kegiatan Pembelajaran mencapai 61,8%, artinya siswa telah melaksanakan program GLS dengan baik sesuai rencana dan harapan guru. Sedangkan hasil penelitian berdasarkan evaluasi CIPP pada implementasi kegiatan Pembiasaan, Pengembangan, dan Pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa: (1) evaluasi Context, siswa, guru dan orang tua memandang program GLS dibutuhkan oleh siswa; (2) evaluasi Input, mayoritas guru belum memiliki kapasitas literasi yang memadai, Komite Sekolah dan orang tua mendukung program GLS, sudah ada Tim Pokja Literasi dan belum ada pelibatan publik; (3) evaluasi Process, kepala sekolah, guru dan tenaga kependidikan terlibat dalam kegiatan 15 menit membaca, mayoritas guru sudah pernah mengajarkan strategi membaca dan merangkum yang benar; (4) evaluasi Product, mayoritas siswa, guru dan orang tua merasakan manfaat program GLS, program GLS memengaruhi kegiatan pembelajaran, perilaku, wawasan, dan keterampilan siswa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar pelaksanaan GLS di SMP Negeri 107 Jakarta diteruskan dengan memperhatikan kelemahan dan kekurangan yang diungkap dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Gerakan Literasi Sekolah, Program Literasi, CIPP *********** This study aims to determine the level of achievement of GLS implementation at SMP Negeri 107 Jakarta in each activity (Habituation, Development, and Learning) and to understand in depth the evaluation results using the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) elements in the implementation of Habituation, Development, and Learning. The method used is descriptive with a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative). Data collection methods are questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of research regarding the achievement of GLS implementation in Habituation, Development, and Learning activities show that: (1) GLS implementation in Habituation activities reaches 72.5%, meaning that students have implemented the GLS program well according to the teacher's plans and expectations, (2) GLS implementation in Development activities reached 60.3%, meaning that students had implemented the GLS program quite well according to the teacher's plans and expectations, and (3) GLS implementation in Learning activities reached 61.8%, meaning that students had implemented the GLS program well according to the plan and teacher expectations. While the results of research based on CIPP evaluation on the implementation of Habituation, Development, and Learning activities show that: (1) Context evaluation, students, teachers and parents view the GLS program as needed by students; (2) input evaluation, the majority of teachers do not have adequate literacy capacity, the School Committee and parents support the GLS program, there is a Literacy Working Group Team and there is no public involvement; (3) Process evaluation, principals, teachers and education staff were involved in the 15 minute reading activity, the majority of teachers had taught the correct reading and summarizing strategies; (4) Product evaluation, the majority of students, teachers and parents feel the benefits of the GLS program, the GLS program affects learning activities, behavior, insights, and skills of students. This study recommends that the implementation of the GLS in SMP Negeri 107 Jakarta be continued by taking into account the weaknesses and shortcomings revealed in this study.
