Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar disiplin dan percaya diri dalam olahraga Taekwondo pada siswa SMP Negeri 03 Citeureup. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMP Negeri 03 Citeureup yang mengikuti ekstrakulikuler Taekwondo yang berjumlah 39 siswa, yang terdiri dari 20 siswa laki-laki dan 19 siswa perempuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata tingkat disiplin siswa 80,03% dan rata-rata kepercayaan diri siswa 67,90% dengan kriteria ‘Tinggi’ untuk kedua variable. This study aims to determine how much discipline and self-confidence is in Taekwondo at SMP Negeri 03 Citeureup students. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study were all students of SMP Negeri 03 Citeureup who took part in Taekwondo extracurricular, totaling 39 students, consisting of 20 male students and 19 female students. The results showed that the average level of student discipline was 80.03% and the average self confidence of students was 67.90% with the criteria of 'High' for both variables.
