Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan di SDN Rawamangun 01 Pagi, bertujuan untuk mengetahui informasi dan mendeskripsikan mengenai manajemen sarana dan prasarana pasca regrouping. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sejak bulan Februari 2016 sampai dengan bulan Mei 2016. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Sumber data penelitian ini diperoleh dari informan kunci yaitu kepala sekolah periode 2015/2016 dan beberapa informan pendukung yaitu kepala sekolah periode 2016/2017, operator sekolah, dan guru. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan sarana dan prasarana dilakukan melalui tahapan evaluasi sarana dan prasarana pasca regrouping, pembagian tugas, penyatuan daftar inventaris sarana dan prasarana, mengecek kesesuaian data inventaris dengan sarana dan prasarana yang ada, melakukan analisis kebutuhan, menyusun rencana kerja yang dimasukkan ke dalam E-RKAS (Sistem Elektronik Rencana Kegiatan dan Anggaran Sekolah). Dalam penataan sarana dan prasarana meliputi penempatan ruang kelas, penyatuan ruang guru, ruang perpustakaan, ruang pramuka, ruang laboratorium komputer, dan ruang penyimpanan media pembelajaran atau alat peraga. Dalam pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana dilakukan secara rutin, berkala, dan incidental. Menciptakan suasana kondusif dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar, kebersihan, keindahan, kenyaman, serta sarana dan prasarana siap digunakan ketika dibutuhkan merupakan tujuan dalam pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana. Research was conducted in SDN Rawamangun 01 Pagi, which aims to find information and describe the management facilities and infrastructures post regrouping. This study was conducted since February 2016 to May 2016. The approach used is a qualitative with descriptive methods. Data collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Source data from this study came from key informants that the principal period 2015/2016 and several supporters informants are the principal of the period 2016/2017, the operator of the school, and teachers. The results of this study are planning infrastructure done through the stages of evaluation facilities and infrastructure post regrouping, division of tasks, pooling inventory list of facilities and infrastructure, check the suitability of inventory data with existing facilities and infrastructure, conduct needs analysis, prepare a work plan that included in E-RKAS (Sistem Elektronik Rencana Kegiatan dan Anggaran Sekolah). In the arrangement of facilities and infrastructure include the placement of classrooms, pooling staff room, library room, scouts, computer laboratory, and instructional media storage space or props. In the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure is done routinely, regularly, and incidental. Creating an conducive atmosphere for teaching and learning activities, clean, beauty, comfort, and facilities and infrastructure ready for use when needed to achieve a goal in the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure.
