Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan pengaruh pelatihan, mentalitas dan kewirausahaan terhadap keberhasilan usaha bagi pensiunan pegawai Bank Negara Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap keberhasilan usaha yang melibatkan 160 pensiunan pegawai Bank Negara Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) pelatihan secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha, (2) mentalitas secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha, (3) kewirausahaan secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha, (4) pelatihan secara tidak langsung melalui kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha, (5) pelatihan secara tidak langsung melalui mentalitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha, (6) mentalitas secara tidak langsung melalui kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan usaha bagi pensiunan pegawai Bank Negara Indonesia, yang perlu ditingkatkan adalah pelatihan, mentalitas dan sikap kewirausahaan. ************* The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of training, mentality and entrepreneurship on the success of a business for retired of Bank Negara Indonesia employees. The study was conducted on the success of a business involving 160 retired Bank Negara Indonesia employees. This study used a quantitative approach by using path analysis method. The results showed that: (1) training directly gave a direct positive but not significant effect on the success of business, (2) mentality gave a direct positive and significant effect on the success of business, (3) entrepreneurship gave a direct positive and significant effect on the success of business, (4) training through entrepreneurship gave an indirect positive and not significant effect on the success of business, (5) training through mentality gave an indirect positive and significant effect on the success of business, (6) mentality through entrepreneurship gave an indirect positive and not significant effect on the success of business. Those, to improve the success of business for retired Bank Negara Indonesia employees, what needs to be improved are training, mentality and entrepreneurial attitudes.
