Abstract
Kinerja merupakan satu hal yang menarik dan sangat penting untuk dibahas karena terbukti berperan sangat penting dalam kegiatan sebuah organisasi/lembaga/perusahaan termasuk di dalamnya lembaga pemerintahan seperti Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan Republik Indonesia (BPK). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh adversity quotient, team collaboration dan supervisi terhadap kinerja auditor dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang peneliti gunakan adalah proportional random sampling. Pada penelitian ini, pegawai yang dijadikan sampel berjumlah 361 auditor dengan peran anggota tim pada kantor pusat maupun kantor perwakilan BPK di setiap provinsi. Prosedur yang digunakan dalam pengembangan dan pengujian model serta pengolahan data adalah model persamaan struktural (SEM). Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa adversity quotient, team collaboration dan supervisi berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja. Adversity quotient, team collaboration dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja auditor, sedangkan supervisi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja auditor. Hasil lain menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh adversity quotient dan team collaboration terhadap kinerja auditor, namun tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh supervisi terhadap kinerja auditor. Kata Kunci: adversity quotient, team collaboration, supervisi, motivasi kerja, kinerja auditor ********** Performance is an interesting and very important thing to discuss because it is proven to play a very important role in the activities of an organization including government agencies such as the Supreme Audit Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK). This study aims to determaine and analyze the effect of adversity quotient, team collaboration and supervision on auditor performance with work motivation as a mediating variabel. The sampling technique used by researchers is proportional random sampling. In this study, the number of employees sampled was 361 auditors with the role of team members at the head office and BPK representative offices in each province. The procedure used in the development and testing of models and data processing is structural equation modeling (SEM). This study resulted in the finding that adversity quotient, team collaboration and supervision have a positive effect on work motivation. Adversity quotient, team collaboration and work motivation have a positive effect on auditor performance, while supervision has no effect on auditor performance. Other results show that work motivation is able to mediate the effect of adversity quotient and team collaboration on auditor performance, but is unable to mediate the effect of supervision on auditor performance.
