Abstract

Ahmad Daulatul Indy, Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Kompensasi terhadap Motivasi Kerja Karyawan PT X. Skripsi. Konsentrasi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, Program Studi S1 Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Tim Pembimbing: Dr. Suherman, S.E., M.Si dan Dra. Sholikhah, M.M. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, kepuasan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan PT X. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT X. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik metode survey atau melibatkan seluruh karyawan dan responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 responden. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan skala likert dan pengolahan data menggunakan SmartPLS versi 3.0. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian dan hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial atau simultan kecerdasan emosional dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan PT X, sedangkan kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan PT X. Persentase menunjukkan 71,2% motivasi kerja dipengaruhi oleh kecerdasan emosional dan kepuasan kerja sedangkan 28,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, and compensation on the job motivation of employees of PT X. The population in this study were employees of PT X. The sampling technique used a survey method technique or involved all employees and respondents in this study as many as 50 respondents. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire with a Likert scale and data processing using SmartPLS version 3.0. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research and the hypothesis show that partially or simultaneously emotional intelligence and job satisfaction affect the job motivation of employees of PT X, while compensation has no effect on the job motivation of employees of PT X. The percentage shows that 71.2% of job motivation is influenced by emotional intelligence and job satisfaction, while 28.8% is explained by other variables not examined.
