Abstract

Survey Kepuasan Pengunjung Di Taman Legenda Keong Emas Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepuasan pengunjung di Taman Legenda Keong Emas. Perumusan masalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana Kepuasan pengunjung di Taman Legenda Keong Emas. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan angket. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung Taman Legenda Keong Emas berjumlah 150 orang. Validasi instrumen menggunakan korelasi Product Moment sedangkan reliabilitasnya menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Analisis data menggunakan statistik persentase, dan hasil kesimpulan penelitian kepuasan pengunjung di Taman Legenda Keong Emas pada aspek Bukti Fisik 19%, aspek Kehandalan 21%, aspek Ketanggapan 22%, aspek Jaminan 17%, aspek Empati 21%. Kata kunci: Kepuasan pengunjung, Taman Legenda Keong Emas. Visitor Satisfaction Survey at the Taman Legenda Keong Emas Abstract This study aims to determine how satisfied visitors are at Taman Legenda Keong Emas. The formulation of the main problem in this research is how the satisfaction of visitors at the Taman Legenda Keong Emas. This research uses a descriptive quantitative research method with a survey method. The data collection technique used in this research is using a questionnaire. The sample in this study was 150 visitors of the Taman Legenda Keong Emas. Instrument validation uses Product Moment correlation while reliability uses Cronbach's Alpha formula. Analysis of the data using percentage statistics, and the conclusions of the research on visitor satisfaction at Taman Legenda Keong Emas on the Physical Evidence aspect 19%, the Reliability aspect 21%, the Responsiveness aspect 22%, the Guarantee aspect 17%, the Empathy aspect 21%.
