Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui apakah secara simultan iklim organisasi, motivasi kerja, dan keadilan organisasi berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior karyawan Bulog Kanwil DKI Jakarta dan Banten. 2) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior karyawan Bulog Kanwil DKI Jakarta dan Banten. 3) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior karyawan Bulog Kanwil DKI Jakarta dan Banten. 4) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh keadilan organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior karyawan Bulog Kanwil DKI Jakarta dan Banten. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 111 karyawan Bulog Kanwil DKI Jakarta dan Banten. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang kemudian diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis desktiptif dan explanatory. Hasil yang didapat dari analisis regresi menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara iklim organisasi, motivasi kerja, dan keadilan organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Model penelitian iklim organisasi, motivasi kerja dan keadilan organisasi dapat memprediksi organizational citizenship behavior karyawan Perum Bulog Kanwil DKI Jakarta dan Banten dengan nilai signifikansi (0,000 < 0,05). Kata kunci: Iklim Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, Keadilan Organisasi, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Karyawan The purpose of this study is: 1) To determine whether simultaneously organizational climate, work motivation, and organizational justice affect the organizational citizenship behavior of employees of Bulog Kanwil DKI Jakarta and Banten. 2) To find out how the influence of organizational climate on organizational citizenship behavior of employees of Bulog Regional Office DKI Jakarta and Banten. 3) To find out how the influence of work motivation on organizational citizenship behavior of employees of the Bulog Regional Office of DKI Jakarta and Banten. 4) To find out how the effect of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior of Bulog Regional Office employees of DKI Jakarta and Banten. This research was conducted on 111 employees of Bulog Regional Offices of DKI Jakarta and Banten. The data collection technique used a survey method through distributing questionnaires which were then processed using SPSS version 25 software. This study used descriptive and explanatory analysis. The results obtained from the regression analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence between organizational climate, work motivation, and organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior. The research model of job satisfaction and work-life balance can predict turnover intention of generation Y employee in the real estate industry in Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta with value of significance (0,000 < 0,05).
