Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan manajemen waktu dengan stres kerja pada ibu peran ganda. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini dimulai dari bulan Maret 2021 sampai dengan bulan Desember 2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh perempuan yang bekerja di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Sampel yang menjadi penelitian sebanyak 100 responden yang bekerja di tempat yang berbeda. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur stres kerja memiliki enam dimensi yaitu, pekerjaan, manajemen peran, hubungan interpersonal, gaya organisasi, pengembangan karir dan konflik pekerjaan keluarga dimana instrumen ini terdiri atas 22 pernyataan. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur manajemen waktu memiliki empat dimensi yaitu, perencanaan jangka pendek, kesadaran waktu yang buruk, pendelegasian dan fokus dimana instrument ini terdiri atas 21 pernyataaan. Data yang telah dikumpulkan diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan statistika deskripsi dan statistik inferensial, yaitu uji koefisien korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa manajemen waktu berhubungan negatif dengan stres kerja ibu peran ganda. Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa semakin baik manajemen waktu maka stres kerja akan semakin rendah, begitu pula sebaliknya. Nilai koefisien korelasi yang didapatkan sebesar -0,424, dimana ini menunjukan bahwa hubungan berada dalam kategori sedang. Dan nilai |thitung| sebesar 4,62 dan nilai ttabel 1,98 dimana |thitung| > ttabel dan dapat dikatakan signifikan. Dengan demikian, manajemen waktu merupakan salah satu cara untuk dapat menghindari stres kerja pada ibu peran ganda. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between time management and work stress in dual role mothers. This research data collection starts from March 2021 to December 2021. The technique of sampling is using purposive sampling. This study involved all women who work in the DKI Jakarta area. The sample that became the research was 100 respondents who worked in different places. The instrument used to measure work stress has six dimensions, namely, work, role management, interpersonal relationships, organizational style, career development and family work conflict where this instrument consists of 22 statements. The instrument used to measure time management has four dimensions, namely, short-term planning, poor time awareness, delegation and focus where this instrument consists of 21 statements. The data that has been collected is processed and analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, namely the correlation coefficient test. The results showed that time management was negatively related to the work stress of dual role mothers. These results indicate that the better time management, the lower the work stress, and vice versa. The correlation coefficient value obtained is -0.424, which indicates that the relationship is in the moderate category. And the |tcount| value is 4.62 and the ttabel value is 1.98 where the |tcount| > ttabel and can be said to be significant. Thus, time management is one way to avoid work stress for dual role mothers.
