Abstract

This study aims to formulate a model and analyze the effect of employee motivation and perceptions of colleague support to organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior in BKPSDM, Tangerang District, both directly or indirectly through organizational commitment. This study uses an Associative Quantitative approach, namely by studying the effect of independent variables to dependent variables. The data collection methods used were survey methods and structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis techniques with SMART PLS 3 software. The population in this study were all employees in the BKPSDM environment and civil servants managing personnel within the OPD area of Tangerang Regency, as many as 103 people. While the sample used in this study were 100 people. The results showed that (1) there was a positive direct effect of work motivation on organizational commitment, (2) there was a positive direct influence on the perception of colleague support on organizational commitment, (3) there was a direct positive influence of organizational commitment on employee voluntary behavior, (4) there was no positive direct effect of Work Motivation on Employee Voluntary Behavior, (5) there is no direct positive effect of Perception of Colleague Support on Employee Voluntary Behavior, (6) Organizational Commitment mediates the effect of Work Motivation on Employee Voluntary Behavior, (7) Organizational Commitment does not mediate the effect of perceived support Colleagues on Volunteer Employee Behavior. There is empirical evidence and novelty or new findings that the existence of good employee motivation and perceived support from colleagues can increase organizational commitment, with a positive correlation direction coefficient. The results of the mediation test showed that Organizational Commitment partially mediated the Effect of Work Motivation on Employee Voluntary Behavior. Keywords: Work Motivation, Perception of College Support, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior ********** Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan model dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung Motivasi Kerja dan Persepsi Dukungan Kolega terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, serta menganalisis pengaruh tidak langsung Motivasi Kerja dan Persepsi Dukungan Kolega terhadap Perilaku Sukarela Pegawai BKPSDM Kabupaten Tangerang melalui mediasi Komitmen Organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif, atau penelitian yang ditujukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variable dependent terhadap variable independent. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dan teknik analisis menggunakan SEM dengan software Smart PLS 3. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai di lingkup BKPSDM sejumlah 103 pegawai, yang bertugas memberikan pelayanan kepada semua OPD di Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Tangerang. Data terkumpul dan di analisis sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif Motivasi Kerja terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, (2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif Persepsi Dukungan Kolega Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, (3) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Perilaku Sukarela Pegawai, (4) tidak terdapat pengaruh langsung positif Motivasi Kerja terhadap Perilaku Sukarela Pegawai, (5) tidak terdapat pengaruh langsung positif Persepsi Dukungan Kolega terhadap Perilaku Sukarela Pegawai, (6) Komitmen Organisasi memediasi pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Perilaku Sukarela Pegawai, (7) Komitmen Organisasi tidak memediasi pengaruh Persepsi Dukungan Kolega terhadap Perilaku Sukarela Pegawai. Terdapat bukti empiris dan novelty atau temuan baru bahwa adanya Motivasi Kerja pegawai dan Persepsi Dukungan Kolega yang baik mampu meningkatkan Komitmen Organisasi, dengan koefesien arah hubungan positif. Hasil uji mediasi diperoleh bahwa Komitmen Organisasi memediasi parsial pengaruh Motivasi kerja terhadap Perilaku Sukarela Pegawai. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Persepsi Dukungan Kolega, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Perilaku Sukarela Pegawai.
