Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh keterlibatan kerja, kepribadian, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap pengambilan keputusan pegawai di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Bekasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik analisis jalur yang diterapkan pada pengujian hipotesis. Jumlah populasi penelitian ini adalah 984 pegawai, sedangkan sampel penelitian dipilih sebanyak 281 pegawai menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Berdasarkan penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap pengambilan keputusan pegawai, (2) kepribadian berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap pengambilan keputusan pegawai, (3) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap pengambilan keputusan pegawai, (4) keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap komitmen organisasi, (5) kepribadian berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap komitmen organisasi, (6) keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh tidak langsung positif terhadap pengambilan keputusan pegawai melalui komitmen organisasi, (7) kepribadian berpengaruh tidak langsung positif terhadap pengambilan keputusan pegawai melalui komitmen organisasi. Kesimpulannya adalah bahwa pengambilan keputusan pegawai akan semakin tepat sasaran apabila dipengaruhi oleh keterlibatan kerja yang tinggi, kepribadian yang baik, dan komitmen organisasi pegawai yang tinggi. Dalam penelitian ini juga di hasilkan teori baru yang diperoleh berdasarkan pengujian pengaruh langsung dari masing masing indikator variabel, yaitu: (1) pengaruh kestabilan diri dalam organisasi dan keterbukaan individu terhadap pengambilan keputusan; (2) pengaruh keterbukaan individu dan peduli dalam bekerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. The objective of this research was to study the effect of job involvement, personality, and organization commitment on decision making of echelon employees in the government of Bekasi District. The research was conducted by using survey method with path analysis applied on testing the hypothesis. The target population size of this research is 984 of employee. The research sample was 281 of employees using proportional random sampling technique. Based on this research of data obtained the following conclusions: (1) job involvement has positive direct effect to decision making, (2) personality has positive direct effect to organization citizenship behavior, (3) organization commitment has positive direct effect to decision, (4) the job involvement has positive direct effect to organization commitment, (5) personality have positive direct effect to organization commitment, (6) ) job involvement has positive indirect effect to decision making, through organization commitment, (7) personality has positive indirect effect to decision making, through organization commitment. The conclusion is that the good employees decision making is effected by the high job involvement, good personality, and high organization commitment. In this study, a new theory was also produced which was obtained based on testing the direct influence of each variable indicator: (1) the affect of self-stability in organizations and individuals on decision making; (2) the affect of individuals and concerns in work on organizational commitment
