Abstract

Pembelajaran jarak jauh dalam jaringan (PJJ daring) di lingkungan Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Mandarin Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni Universitas Negeri Jakarta (PSPBM FBS UNJ) mulai dilaksanakan sejak diberlakukan peraturan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB). Seluruh mata kuliah di PSPBM, termasuk mata kuliah kebahasaan seperti menyimak, dilaksanakan secara daring dengan memanfaatkan salah satu media pembelajaran, yaitu aplikasi daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan dan pemanfaatan aplikasi daring di mata kuliah menyimak bahasa Mandarin PSPBM FBS UNJ, serta pandangan pengajar dan pemelajar mengenai hal tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan wawancara dan kuesioner sebagai teknik pengumpulan data penelitian. Responden penelitian ini adalah pemelajar serta pengajar mata kuliah Menyimak Dasar I-IV semester 113 dan 114 tahun akademik 2020/2021 di PSPBM FBS UNJ. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi daring yang digunakan beragam, yaitu aplikasi Zoom, Google Classroom, Whatsapp, Google Form, Quizizz, Kahoot!, Wordwall, Google Meet, dan Microsoft Teams. Pemanfaatan setiap aplikasi pun berbeda, mulai dari untuk memberikan materi, menyerahkan tugas, melakukan kegiatan ice breaking dan sebagainya. Pengajar dan pemelajar memiliki pandangan bahwa hampir setiap aplikasi daring yang digunakan dapat membantu pengajar dan pemelajar melaksanakan pembelajaran keterampilan menyimak bahasa Mandarin di PSPBM secara daring. The online distance learning in Department of Chinese Language Education Faculty of Language and Arts State University of Jakarta (PSPBM FBS UNJ) has been started since the implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB). All of the courses in PSPBM, including linguistic courses such as listening skills, are carried out online by utilizing one of learning media, which is online application. This study aims to describe the usage and utilizations of online applications for Chinese Listening Skills Course in PSPBM, as well as the opinion of teachers and students on this matter. This study used descriptive qualitative method as the research method, while using interview and questionnaire technique to collect data of the research. The respondents of this study are the teachers and the students of Basic Listening Skills Course I-IV in semester 113 and 114 Academic Year of 2020/2021 at PSPBM FBS UNJ. The results showed that various of online applications were being used, which is Zoom, Google Classroom, Whatsapp, Google Form, Quizizz, Kahoot!, Wordwall, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. The utilization of each online application was different. Each can be used to provide materials, to submit assignments, doing ice breaking activities, and so on. The teachers and the students’ opinions showed that almost every online application which was being used can help the teachers and the students carried out the online distance learning of listening skills course in PSPBM FBS UNJ.
