Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis produk wisata Staycation di Desa Cisaat untuk mengetahui pengembangan Desa Wisata Cisaat dalam menghadapi tatanan new normal. Penelitian ini mengidentifkasi produk wisata yang tersedia dan kesesuaian dengan konsep Staycation saat kondisi new normal saat ini. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Wisata Cisaat, Kecamatan Ciater, Kabupaten Subang, Jawa Barat pada Agustus sampai September 2021. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode survey. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 10 orang dari kepala Desa sampai pelaku usaha desa wisata. Teknik pengambilan data dan sumber data yang dilakukan dengan metode wawancara mendalam menggunakan pedoman wawancara, serta dokumentasi berupa foto dan rekeman suara dari responden secara langsung. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa Desa Wisata Cisaat mempunyai produk wisata yang cukup baik terlihat dari potensi alam yang indah, sarana dan prasarana pendukung yang cukup tertata, namun belum sesuai dengan konsep Staycation. Implikasi yang dapat dilakukan adalah melakukan pembenahan disetiap produk wisata agar bisa menyesuaikan dengan konsep Staycation dan protokol kesehatan agar dapat menjamin kesehatan dan kenyamanan wisatawan ketika berlibur di era new normal. This study aims to analyze the Staycation service product in Cisaat Village to determine the development of Cisaat tourism village in the face of the new normal order. This study identifies the available service products and their suitability with the Staycation concept and the current new normal conditions. This research was conducted in Cisaat Tourism Village, Ciater District, Subang Regency, West Java from August to September 2021. This research method used a descriptive qualitative approach with a survey method. The subjects of this study were 10 people from the village head to tourism village entrepreneurs. Data collection techniques and data sources were carried out by in-depth interviews using interview guidelines, as well as documentation in the form of photos and voice recordings from respondents directly. The results of the study show that Cisaat Tourism Village has a fairly good service product, seen from the good natural potential, good supporting facilities and infrastructure, but not in accordance with the Staycation concept. The implication that can be done is to make improvements in every service product so that it can adapt to the Staycation concept and health protocols in order to ensure the health and comfort of tourists when vacationing in the new normal era.
