Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas Program Pelatihan Fasilitator Palang Merah Remaja di PMI Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kombinasi (mixed method), dan Model Evaluasi Kirkpatrick level 1-3. Data diperoleh melalui instrumen kuesioner, observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan kepada penyelenggara pelatihan dan atasan peserta pelatihan yaitu Ketua Korps Sukarela Palang Merah Indonesia (KSR PMI) unit masing-masing. Hasil dari evaluasi ini yaitu: 1) penilaian pada level 1 reaksi, hasil reaksi peserta terhadap penyelenggaraan pelatihan menunjukkan kategori “Baik”, hal yang perlu diperhatikan adalah manajemen waktu pelatihan agar sesuai dengan jadwal yang ditetapkan, dan fasilitas pelatihan berupa proyektor perlu ditambah. 2.) Pada level 2 belajar, kemampuan kompetensi sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan peserta mengalami peningkatan. 3) Pada level 3 perilaku, penilaian evaluasi dilakukan berdasarkan pengamatan setelah 3 bulan peserta kembali ke unit kerjanya masing-masing, ada peningkatan perubahan perilaku dari alumni pelatihan sebelum dan setelah pelatihan. Perubahan perilaku peserta ditinjau dari keaktifan, kedisiplinan, kepercayaan diri, kreatifitas, dan cara berbicara dan mengungkapkan pendapat mengalami peningkatan. Implementasi hasil pelatihan di instansi masing-masing telah terlaksana. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the training program for the Youth Red Cross facilitators in east Jakarta's PMI using mixed method of research, and kirkpatrick evaluation level 1-3. Data obtained through questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation studies. Interviews were done to the training facilitators and trainees' superiors who are the unit's leaders. The result of this evaluation is: 1) assessments at a level 1 reaction, the results of participants' reactions to the training arrangement fall under the category "Good," what needs attention is the management of the training time to meet the set schedule, and the projectors need to be supplemented. 2.) At level 2 learning, competence skills attitudes, knowledge, and skill participants improve. 3) at level 3 behavior, assessments are carried out after 3 months of participants return to their respective institions. There's an increased behavioral change from alumni training before and after training. Changes in participants' behavior are reviewed from activity, discipline, confidence, creativity, and speaking and expressing opinions are increasing. Implementation of training in each instance has been completed.
