Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen mutu pembelajaran pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di SMAN 8 Jakarta. Sub fokus penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di masa pandemi covid-19 dan perbaikan mutu pembelajaran secara berkesinambungan di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah: kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, staff kurikulum pembelajaran, dan dua guru mata pelajaran. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di masa pandemi melalui 3 hal utama yaitu membangun komunikasi intensif dengan para guru dan staff, menerapkan berbagai macam kebijakan seperti adanya penyederhanaan kurikulum, menciptakan proses pembelajaran sinkronus & asinkronus menjadi efektif dan kondusif, pengembangan LMS, pelatihan kompetensi guru di bidang IT. Hal ini melalui tahap perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan, dan pengawasan, (2) Perbaikan mutu pembelajaran secara berkesinambungan di masa pandemi Covid-19 dilakukan melalui tahap identifikasi masalah dengan penyebaran form kebutuhan peserta didik, membuat kebijakan/standar, diskusi forum orang tua siswa, implementasi kebijakan, monitoring dan tindakan evaluasi melalui survey kepuasan diri dan rapat evaluasi. ***** This study aims to describe learning quality management during the covid-19 pandemic at SMA Negeri 8 Jakarta. The sub focus of this research is the leadership of school principals in improving the quality of learning during the COVID-19 pandemic and improving the quality of learning on an ongoing basis during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative approach and descriptive method. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Informants in this study included: the principal, vice principal in the field of curriculum, learning curriculum staff, and two subject teachers. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Principal leadership in improving the quality of learning during the pandemic through 3 main things, namely building intensive communication with teachers and staff, implementing various policies such as simplification of the curriculum, creating synchronous & asynchronous learning processes in a sequential manner. effective and conducive, LMS development, teacher competency training in the IT field. This is through the stages of planning, organizing, mobilizing, and supervising, (2) The continuous improvement of the quality of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic is carried out through the problem identification stage by distributing student needs forms, making policies/standards, discussion forums for parents, policy implementation, monitoring and evaluation actions through self-satisfaction surveys and evaluation meetings.
