Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi dan pengetahuan mengenai hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan minat berwirausaha di Universitas Negeri Jakarta . Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Niaga, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian dilakukan terhitung sejak Maret 2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan korelasional, yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa program studi pendidikan tata niaga fakultas ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta . teknik pengambilan sampel digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 141 orang. Persamaan regresi yang dihasilkan untuk variabel kecerdasan emosional (variabel X) adalah Y=69,58+0,37. Uji persyaratan analisis yaitu uji normalitas galat taksiran regresi Y atas X dengan uji liliefors menghasilkan lhitung =0,0719 sedangkan Ltabel untuk n=141 pada taraf signifikan 0,05 adalah = 0,0747. Karena Lhitung <Ltabel maka galat taksiran Y dan X berdistibusi normal. Uji linieritas regresi menghasilkan Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 0,70<1,52, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa persamaan regresi linear. Dari uji keberartian menghasilkan Fhitung >Ftabel yaitu35,45>3,91, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa persamaan regresi tersebut signifikan. Koefisen korelasi Product Moment dari Pearson menghasilkan rxy = 0,616, selanjutnya dilakukan uji keberartian koesisien korelasi dengan mengunakan uji t dan dihasilkan thitung = 9,22 dan ttabel= 1,52. Denag demikian dapat di simpulkan bahwa koefisien korelasi rxy=0,616 adalah signifikan. Koefisien determinasi yang di peroleh sebesar 0,3797 yang menujukan bahwa 37,97% variabel minat berwirausaha ditentukan oleh kecerdasan emosional, Sisa dipengujian sesuia dengan masalah yang terdapat di latar belakang masalah. This study is aimed at abtaining information and knowledge about influence of correlation between emotional intelligence with interest in entrepreneurship in the the commerce education student in state university of Jakarta.this research was conducted in the study program of commerce education student in state university of Jakarta. This research since march until june 2017. The research method used in survey method with the correlation approach, population use are all student in the study program of commerce education student in state university of Jakarta. The sampling technique used technique of purposive sampling as many as 141 peaple. The resulting regression equation for location Variabel (Variabel X) is Ŷ=69,58+0,37 X . test requirement analysis that estimate the error normality test regression of Y on X with test liliefors produce LCOUNT= 0,0719, WHILE TABLE OR N = 141 AT 0,05 SIGNIFICANT LEVEL IS 0,0747. Because L COUNT < Ltable the estimate error of Y over X normally distribution. Testing linearity of regression produce FCOUNT <FTABLE is 0,70 <1,52, so it is concluded that the linear equation regression. Hypothesis testing from the significance regression produce FCOUNT >FTABLE WHICH,35,45>3,91, meaning that the regression equation is significant. Correlation coefficient of pearson product moment generation rxy= 0,616, the performed the test significance correlation coefficient using t test and the reslting tcount >ttable tcount=9,224 and ttable=1,52. It can conclude that the correlation coefficient rxy= 0,616 is significant. The coefficient of determination obtain for is 0,3797 which show that 37,97% of the interest in entrepreneurship is emotional intelligence.
