Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara komitmen organisasi dengan kinerja guru di SMP Negeri Kecamatan Mampang Prapatan Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Subjek penelitian ini ada guru di SMP Negeri Kecamatan Mampang Prapatan Jakarta Selatan dengan populasi sebanyak 152 guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling dan didapati sampel sabanyak 110 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner untuk variabel X (Komitmen Organisasi) dan variabel Y (Kinerja Guru) dengan skala likert. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji korelasi product moment dan Uji Parsial (Uji t). Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai thitung = 10,801 lebih besar daripada ttabel = 1,983, dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 51,9% yang menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi memberikan kontribusi sebesar 51,9% terhadap kinerja guru. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel komitmen organisasi dengan kinerja guru di SMP Negeri Kecamatan Mampang Prapatan Jakarta Selatan yang berarti apabila komitmen organisasi guru semakin tinggi, maka akan semakin tinggi pula kinerja guru tersebut. This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational commitment and teacher performance at Public Junior High School in Mampang Prapatan Sub-district, South Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The subjects of this study were teachers at Public Junior High School in Mampang Prapatan Sub-district, South Jakarta with a population of 152 teachers. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling and the sample was found to be 110 teachers. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire for variable X (Organizational Commitment) and variable Y (Teacher Performance) with a Likert scale. Hypothesis testing is done by using the product moment correlation test and Partial Test (t test). Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the tcount = 10,801 which is greater than the ttable = 1,983, with a coefficient of determination of 51,9% which indicates that organizational commitment contributes 51,9% to teacher performance. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational commitment variables and teacher performance at Public Junior High School in Mampang Prapatan Sub-district, South Jakarta, which means that the higher the teacher's organizational commitment, the higher the teacher's performance.
