Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 06 Kota Bogor untuk mengetahui proses manajemen pelatihan sumber daya manusia, meliputi proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari 2021 sampai bulan Januari 2022. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode desktriptif. Pengumpulan data melalui proses observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) perencanaan pelatihan yang diadakan oleh internal sekolah didasari dari analisis hasil EDS atau Evaluasi Diri Sekolah. Dari hasil analisis tersebut sekolah dapat mengetahui kebutuhan apa saja yang dapat diupayakan untuk memperbaiki permasalahan atau kekurangan yang berkaitan tentang kompetensi guru melalui proses pelatihan guru, (2) sekolah mengadakan pelaksanaan pelatihan internal dengan menggunakan metode workshop, (3) evaluasi pelatihan dilakukan oleh pengawas sekolah dan kepala sekolah. Evaluasi pelatihan dapat berupa tes lisan dan tulisan dengan metode post-test dan pre-test, kuesioner dan lain-lain. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 06 Kota Bogor to determine the process of human resource training management, including the planning, implementation, and evaluation processes. This research was conducted from January 2021 to January 2022. Researchers used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Collecting data through the process of observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the training planning held by the internal school is based on the analysis of the results of the EDS or School Self Evaluation. From the results of the analysis, schools can find out what needs can be sought to improve problems or deficiencies related to teacher competence through the teacher training process, (2) schools conduct internal training using the workshop method, (3) training evaluations are carried out by school supervisors. and the principal. Training evaluation can be in the form of oral and written tests with post-test and pre-test methods, questionnaires and others.
