Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara mendalam mengenai manajemen kurikulum sekolah dasar di Sekolah Alam Indonesia Cibinong. Sub fokus penelitian ini adalah perencanaan dokumen kurikulum, pelaksanaan dokumen kurikulum dan evaluasi keberhasilan dokumen kurikulum. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Dalam melakukan wawancara yang dijadikan sebagai informan adalah kepala sekolah, principal, serta tiga guru kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan kurikulum dilakukan sesuai dengan konsep pendidikan sekolah alam yaitu akhlakul karimah, falsafah ilmu pengetahuan, dan latihan kepemimpinan sehingga terbentuk kurikulum tiga ranah yaitu kurikulum akhlak, kurikulum keterampilan berpikir, dan kurikulum kepemimpinan yang merupakan implementasi dari core value Sekolah Alam Indonesia; (2) Pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikan kurikulum nasional dengan kurikulum khas sekolah alam yang telah dirumuskan dalam tema pembelajaran. Dalam pelaksanaannya murid membuat project yang sudah ditentukan di dalam tema pembelajaran dan mempresentasikan hasilnya dalam kegiatan yang bernama selebrasi. (3) Evaluasi keberhasilan dokumen kurikulum di SAI Cibinong dilakukan dengan melakukan monitoring dan analisis tehadap kesesuaian antara perencanaan dan pelaksanaan. Di SAI Cibinong keberhasilan kurikulum dapat dibuktikan dengan murid dapat menerapkan aspek di dalam setiap kurikulum di kehidupannya sehari-hari. The study aims to know more deeply about curriculum management of primary schools at Sekolah Alam Indonesia Cibinong. This research sub focus is the planning of curriculum documents, the implementation of curriculum documents and the success assessments of curriculum documents. The study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data-gathering techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentary studies. In conducting interviews that are used as informants are the principal, principal (leader of school), and three class teachers. The research shows that: (1) curriculum planning is done in accordance with natural school education concepts akhlakul karimah, science philosophy, and leadership exercises to form a three-domain curriculum of the moral curriculum, the thought skills curriculum, and the leadership curriculum that constitute the implementation of the core value of Sekolah Alam Indonesia; (2) Implementation of the curriculum is done by integrating the national curriculum with the typical curriculum of natural schools that has been set up in the learning theme. In the process of curriculum, the student creates a project that already established in the learning theme and presented the results in an activity called celebration. (3) The success assessment of the curriculum document at SAI Cibinong is done by monitoring and analysis of the corresponding planning and implementation. At SAI Cibinong the success of the curriculum can be proved with students can apply aspects of each curriculum in their life.
