Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMA Swasta di Kecamatan Jatiasih Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis path. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru SMA Swasta di Kecamatan Jatiasih dengan jumlah populasi 190 guru dengan sampel 126 guru yang diperoleh dari perhitungan rumus slovin dengan taraf signifikansi 5%.Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Teknis analisis dengan menggunakan Parsial Least Square (PLS) Version 3.3.7. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan: (1) adanya pengaruh positif antara motivasi kerja terhdap disiplin kerja guru, (2) adanya pengaruh positif antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru dan (3)adanya pengaruh positif antara disiplin kerja dengan kinerja guru. The goal of this study is to see if work motivation and discipline have an impact on the performance of private high school teachers in Bekasi City's Jatiasih District. This study is a sort of quantitative study that employs a path analysis method. The questionnaire was used to collect data for this investigation. The participants in this study were private high school teachers in the Jatiasih sub-district, who made up a sample of 126 instructors from a population of 190 teachers using slow calculations with a significance level of 5%. The proportional random sample technique was utilized in the sampling process. Partial Least Square (PLS) Version 3.3.7 was used for technical analysis. The findings revealed that (1) there was a positive relationship between work motivation and teacher work discipline, (2) there was a positive relationship between work motivation and performance of private high school teachers, (3) ) there was a positive relationship between work discipline and performance of private high school teachers.
