Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Adaptasi Guru dalam Perencanaan Pembelajaran pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di MI Al-Istiqlal Karawang. Penelitian ini berfokus pada adaptasi guru dalam perencanaan pembelajaran terkait tujuan pembelajaran, materi pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran, media dan sumber belajar, serta penilaian hasil belajar pada masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan terdiri dari Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Bidang Kurikulum dan Guru. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Adaptasi guru dalam perencanaan pembelajaran terkait tujuan pembelajaran yaitu dengan berkoordinasi dan bekerjasama antar guru tingkatan kelasnya yang digerakkan oleh tim kurikulum. 2) Adaptasi guru dalam perencanaan pembelajaran terkait materi pembelajaran yaitu dengan mengikuti arahan dari Yayasan mengenai buku paket sebagai pedoman materi pembelajaran, kemudian guru berdiskusi antar guru tingkat kelasnya untuk mengesensialkan materi-materi dari buku penerbit tersebut, 3) Adaptasi guru dalam perencanaan pembelajaran terkait metode pembelajaran yaitu sering mencari dan menonton mengenai berbagai metode pembelajaran di internet, 4) Adaptasi guru dalam perencanaan pembelajaran terkait dengan media dan sumber belajar yaitu dengan mendapatkan pelatihan dari tim Moodle maupun pihak Yayasan, kemudian menerima dan menjalankan keputusan dari tim khusus dan mencari referensi di internet yang disesuaikan dengan materi pembelajaran. 5) Adaptasi guru dalam perencanaan pembelajaran terkait dengan penilaian hasil belajar yaitu tidak terjadi perubahan secara signifikan, dikarenakan sebelum adanya pandemi covid-19 guru telah terbiasa dengan penilaian.******************** This study aims to describe Teacher Adaptation in Learning Planning during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period at MI Al-Istiqlal Karawang. This study focuses on teacher adaptation in learning planning related to learning objectives, learning materials, learning methods, media and learning resources, as well as assessment of learning outcomes during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Informants consist of the Principal, Deputy for Curriculum and Teachers. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Adaptation of teachers in planning learning related to learning objectives, namely by coordinating and collaborating between grade level teachers who are driven by the curriculum team, 2) Adaptation of teachers in planning learning related to learning materials, namely by following directions from the Foundation regarding books. package as a guide for learning materials, then the teacher discusses between class level teachers to essentialize the materials from the publisher's book, 3) Adaptation of teachers in planning learning related to learning methods, namely often looking for and watching various learning methods on the internet, 4) Adaptation of teachers in learning planning related to media and learning resources, namely by receiving training from the Moodle team and the Foundation, then accepting and carrying out decisions from a special team. Then look for references on the internet that are tailored to the learning material. 5) The adaptation of teachers in learning planning related to the assessment of learning outcomes, namely that there was no significant change, because before the COVID-19 pandemic the teachers were accustomed to assessment.
