Abstract

ABSTRAK Perilaku inovatif merupakan kompetensi abad ke-21 yang sangat dibutuhkan terutama dalam sistem pendidikan nasional terutama profesi guru sebagai ujung tombak dalam pendidikan suatu bangsa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim inovatif dan insentif terhadap perilaku inovatif guru. 123 guru dari 7 sekolah negeri dan swasta di Kecamatan Sawah Besar, Jakarta Pusat dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan pengujian hipotesis dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh positif iklim inovatif terhadap perilaku inovatif guru; 2) Terdapat pengaruh positif insentif terhadap perilaku inovatif guru; dan 3) Terdapat pengaruh positif iklim inovatif dan insentif terhadap perilaku inovatif guru. Penelitian ini dapat menunjukkan bahwa meningkatnya iklim inovatif di sekolah dan pemberian insentif menjadi lebih baik dapat meningkatkan perilaku inovatif guru saat mengajar. Kata Kunci: Perilaku Inovatif, Iklim Inovatif, Insentif, Guru ************ ABSTRACT Innovative behavior is a 21st century competency that is needed, especially in the national education system, especially the teaching profession as the spearhead in the education of a nation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of innovative climate and incentives on innovative behavior of teachers. 123 teachers from 7 publics and privats schools in Sawah Besar District, Central Jakarta were involved in this study. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study show that: 1) There is a positive influence of the innovative climate on the innovative behavior of teachers; 2) There is a positive effect of incentives on the innovative behavior of teachers; and 3) There is a positive influence of innovative climate and incentives on innovative behavior of teachers. This research can show that improving the innovative climate in schools and providing better incentives can increase the innovative behavior of teachers when teaching.
