Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, kepercayaan organisasi, iklim organisasi dan peran mediasi komitmen organisasi terhadap perilaku inovasi kerja dosen Universitas Terbuka. Responden dosen yang terlibat dalam Penelitian berjumlah 100 orang. Tehnik sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Analisis data Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan analisis jalur. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, kepercayaan organisasi, iklim organisasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku inovasi kerja dosen Universitas Terbuka. Studi ini juga menemukan terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung kepemimpinan transformasional, kepercayaan organisasi dan iklim organisasi terhadap perilaku inovasi kerja melalui mediasi komitmen organisasi. Temuan penelitian ini memberi bukti empiris pentingnya peran kepemimpinan trasnformasional, kepercayaan organisasi, iklim organisasi dan komitmen organisasi untuk meningkatkan perilaku inovasi kerja dosen Universitas Terbuka Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kepercayaan Organisasi, Iklim Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi, Perilaku Inovasi Kerja ********This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, organizational trust, organizational climate and mediation role of organizational commitment on the innovative work work behaviour of Open University lecturers. Lecturers involved in the study amounted to 100 people. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Data analysis The research used a path analysis approach. The study results show that transformational leadership, organizational trust, organizational climate and organizational commitment have a positive and significant direct effect on the work innovation behaviour of Open University lecturers. This study also finds an indirect effect of transformational leadership, organizational trust and organizational climate on work innovation behaviour through organizational commitment. The findings of this study provide empirical evidence of the importance of the role of transformational leadership, organizational trust, organizational climate and organizational commitment to improving the work innovation behaviour of Open University lecturers.
