Abstract

Peneilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta mendapatkan informasi maupun data secara empiris mengenai pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia dalam perusahaan yang beroperasi selama masa pandemi di wilayah Jabodetabek. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan di Jabodetabek dengan Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu HRD atau Divisi SDM berbagai perushaaan swasta yang terdapat di wilayah Jabodetabek sebanyak 10 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling nonprobabilitas. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan desain penelitian berupa survei. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket atau kuesioner dan observasi langsung serta dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa seluruh perusahan yang dieliti tetap melakukan berbagai upaya dalam pengelolaann SDM selama masa pandemi, mulai dari melakukan pembelajaran dan pengembangan hingga melaksanakan assesmen kerja selama masa pandemi dengan tujuan menjaga produktivitas dan kinerja SDM dalam perusahaan. This research aims to obtain and find out empirical information and data about developing Human Resources in the company during pandemic desease in jabodetabek area. The population of this research is all companies in Jabodetabek and also sample in this research is 10 people who work as HR Division of various private companies located in the Jakarta area. The sampling method in this study uses a non-probability sampling technique. The method used is descriptive quantitative, with a survey research design. Data was collected using a questionnaire or questionnaire and direct observation and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of this study indicate that the company still continues to make various efforts in managing human resources during Covid-19 Pandemic, starting from doing learning and development to carrying out work assessments during the pandemic with the purpose of maintaining employee productivity and performance in the company.
